   I enjoyed a lovely evening dinner with a visiting guest last night. The ambiance was lovely, the food delicious and the service top notch.

   We had breakfast. The Adobe double was delicious. We started with a Mimosa and then we enjoyed the scramble eggs with potatoes and pancakes. You can have all the coffee you want. The waiter was great. There was a singer really good but ithe volume of the music was a little loud. We loved and enjoyed the morning.

   The ambiance was perfect. We sat outside under the covered patio. Our server was outstanding. He made some great recommendations. We wanted savory and sweet. So we shared pancakes that were fluffly and flavorful. We also had the quesadilla with chicken. Just enough spice.

   We were somewhat skeptical because we were unfamiliar with the dishes being served but we were pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely delicious! The wait staff were so attentive and friendly and were very informative on the cuisine. We're just hoping they do another Easter brunch next year because we'll definitely be going. We're telling all our Biltmore friends and neighbors to try it. Kudos to everyone at the Adobe for a fabulous Easter brunch.

   No dinner menu yet…too bad because there dinner menu was very good. Hopefully it will come back! Chips/dip trio was very good. Guacamole had a little too much lime flavor and was a little dry. Didn’t taste freshly made. Had the mushroom flatbread and it was excellent. Also had the corned beef sandwich which was excellent as well. Good drinks from the bar and service was great!!!

   The eggs Benedict and egg white frittata were excellent. Cappuccinos were delicious. The views terrific. Need to speed up service and hire more waiters.

   We had a reservation at 5:15. We didn’t receive our food until 6:50. The place has so much potential with a beautiful atmosphere but unfortunately the service and food were terrible. We have kids (2 under 3) and it was difficult to make our kids sit still for that long while we waited on our food. We brought a cake in for a birthday and they didn’t clear the table before bringing the cake out. The menu was limited and the food itself was not very good. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

   Brunch menu is better than dinner menu. Service is variable. Sometimes it takes 1.5 hrs to get food, sometimes it’s less than an hour. Ambiance is everything.

    We came here for breakfast on a Saturday. It's a well designed, new location on the Biltmore golf course. The biggest complaint I have was with check-in. We arrived on time and there were three parties ahead of us waiting for the hostess. It's a big place, so it takes time to walk people to their tables. And there was only ONE person doing all of this. Not her fault. Just weak organization. Once seated, service was good - our server Estella was very nice - and food was good. Just know ahead of time, this is a leisurely experience, not a fast meal.
