   Ate at chefs table … only patrons for early seating there. Perfect! Food was terrific, some new and different choices. Chef interacted with us, was conversational and interesting. A most enjoyable night.

   My girlfriends and I had a wonderful experience at Adeline last night! The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, the service was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back.

   Disappointed Sat at chefs table with non refundable deposit No interaction with chefs, just staring at kitchen. Looked forward to duck on menu and they ran out Even though it’s a regular item I was told since they are a small restaurant they don’t carry a lot. When I made reservation I mentioned it was our anniversary; there was no acknowledgement Special grilled lamb was well done had to send it back Said I wanted it medium rare Second time it came was cooked medium. Chef /owner was not there considering it was a Saturday night. No quality control. It put a damper on our anniversary celebration .

   So much to choose from and everything is well done. This small plate chef driven restaurant is consistently always great. Menu changes gives you a chance to try different tastes every time you come in. Service is always top notch especially when you get Bethany. Can’t miss with this Hillview spot.

   Food was pretty good 4/5. But the one thing I can’t seem to shake is that I specifically added that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Hostess didn’t acknowledge it. And our server said “happy anniversary” as he handed us our bill. Nothing was comped. Nothing was done by staff to even acknowledge our special day. That was a huge turn off especially from a fine dining establishment. We can go anywhere to celebrate and we chose Adeline. Huge let down.

    One of the best restaurants we’ve experienced in Sarasota. The variety of items is amazing. So many interesting small plates to try. Everything we had was delicious.
