Our dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Every dish, masterfully crafted by Thierry, radiated passion and expertise, with each bite a testament to his culinary artistry. The wine pairings were impeccably chosen, perfectly complementing the flavors of the food. We were torn between the beets with labneh and the burrata with tomatoes and peaches as our favorite, but each dish left a lasting impression. Thierry’s selection of wines, both local and international, added an extra layer of thoughtfulness to the meal. This hidden gem, tucked off the beaten path, is a must-visit for anyone seeking a truly memorable culinary adventure.

The food at Adega was absolutely delicious. We ordered the charcuterie board, naan and hummus, fried mussels, and ahi tuna crudo. All four dishes exceeded my expectations and the Frico Friday wine was a great deal. The owner/sommelier was friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend!
