Been coming here since they opened and I was really impressed at first but the quality has declined over time. The past 2-3 visits, lamb is inedible because it’s so overcooked. I like my meat Medium, but the lamb is often well done to the point that it’s gray. Steaks are hit or miss whether they’re too rare or too done. This wouldn’t be a problem if the servers were honest about the doneness. I understand not everyone likes their food the same way, so I’m ok with med rare or med well. But if I directly ask you for Medium and you confirm, what you give me shouldn’t be super rare or super well done. Just be honest and tell me what you have and let me decide if I want it or not. Being priced at $60 makes this one of the more experience Brazilian steakhouses in the area, and I just feel you get a better value at Texas de Brazil, Rodizio, etc. They may not have as many selections, but what they do have will be cooked properly and seasoned well. Also, the sides here are a waste. I would rather them keep the sides and take $10 off the meal. I’ve had the fries, polenta, Mac n cheese, Brussels sprouts, and corn brulee. All are okay, but don’t really add much to the meal. I take a couple bites and I’m done, just because it comes with the meal. Overall, I still like Adega because of the wide variety, service, and salad bar. I just would like to see some consistency and honesty when it comes to the meats because ultimately that’s what most people go to Brazilian steakhouses for

When we arrived we were greeted immediately by the host where she pulled up our reservation and with no problem added one more person to our group and then seated us right away. After being seated our server arrived in a timely fashion and we received our drinks shortly after. Marco, our server, walked us thru the menu and gave us some recommendations. 2 of us decided on the full experience and one chose a single entree. We found the food on the cold bar to be very fresh and exceptionally tasty. No item seemed like just something to take up space it was all very good. There's a small hot bar as well, that had rice, black beans and the soup was a lobster bisque. With so many offerings this could have made a full meal itself. Once the meats started arriving, there was a constant flow of hot and flavorful meats, which we found to be delicious. Our only dislike was a Parmesan steak and the lamb chops really could have been served rarer. The manager visited our table and she was delightful and so helpful. Honestly every person we had contact with was incredibly friendly and ready to take care of our every need. We were all blown away by our visit and will definitely be back soon!

This a a gem of a Brazilian SteakHouse, food is simply delicous, great service. Everything looks fresh, well presented, meats were cooked to perfection. Staff is very friendly and try their best to ensure a good dining experience is provided. All and all this is simply 5 star all around. Although we did the full experience, just the salad bar alone would have been just as amazing, so many options in great quality. We'll definietly be back, we highly recommend you try this place out as well.

The best Brazilian Churrascaria, period. Brought our Mom from Brazil for lunch and her new husband. They loved it. Our server of course raved about the Pudim which she expressed was the best in the universe. Her Husband agreed as did we of course second to Mom's :) We come often and of course will be back soon <3

We have visited Adega Gaucha for several years at their Orlando location and since they have opened a restaurant in Kissimmee we have had the opportunity to enjoy their food and spectacular service on several occasions, about 20 times and counting.
