My first experience and Ada. It was fantastic. The service was excellent, the my first experience at Ada. You need to meet the managing partner, Derek. A terrific guy.
This is the best restaurant to hit Summerlin area Tivoli Village ever! It’s mom and pop feel with Michelin style attention to detail cannot be matched
We enjoyed the patio seating in March, though it had a sidewalk running through it that turned out to not be too busy. I was disappointed with the Ravioli entree; the portion size was much smaller than expected and at $19, I expected much more. Also, my date got his dinner 5 minutes before me which wasn't great planning by the kitchen.
The sourdough bread was worth getting.
Loved the service and the menu. The bread we were served was a little overcooked. Duck Eggs Benedict was a very good surprise but again the toast it was on was overcooked.
The food was excellent as always. We sat on the patio, and had great service at the beginning of our visit. I think the waiter checked on us once after our meal was served, then we went at least 40 min without being checked on again. We ran out of water and didn't get refills, and when we needed to leave to make it to an appointment, we had to flag down another table's waiter to ask for our check. The waiter who finally brought our check wasn't our waiter, or the guy we flagged down, but he said something that made us think he was supposed to be our waiter the whole time. It was not okay that we were forgotten about. The restaurant didn't seem that busy, so maybe we were just out of sight, out of mind out on the patio.
This is the second time I've had subpar service here. The other 4 times I've been here, I've had excellent service, so I know they are capable of taking care of their customers properly, but they need to work on consistency or figuring out where the week link(s) are.
Our server was not good☹️. Food was good but not the best I’ve ever had.
I love everything I've tried here. Tonight was the first time I've been here when it wasn't packed. Our waitress was attentive, helpful, and fun. The menu is always changing, so there are always new, delicious things to try. I hope they bring back the Gnudi at some point; it's my favorite!

Yesterday was our first visit, our son and daughter in law have raved about it. The carbonara sauce was not my favorite, and I would not have it again, my grandson’s dutch baby was overcooked and he did not enjoy it. While many people enjoy it, I did not enjoy the brunch at all.
Interesting menu. All choices were great.

Gelato...yum. only weakness was the coffee...thin no body...served with what seemed to be 1% milk...ask for cream. That should be a easy fix for them. Amber was an intuitive waitress.
Food and ambience was excellent. The ice cream best I ever had but the service was not good at all. I think it was just our waiter though.

Outstanding service! The entire team is so helpful, friendly and courteous. The chef and general manager both came over to check on our meals and say hello! The homemade pasta and breads are the best. Great wine selections as well!
Food was amazing, the only issue was with service. We waited to place our order for a long time and then it was hard to order drinks because our server seemed to always be missing. Staff seemed unorganized.
Great food and service. Had the risotto balls, strawberry salad and a pizza. Also, if you're into bread make sure you order the house made sourdough. Caution, this place is lively and noisy. If you're look for a quiet romantic place, this isn't it.
We had a reservation and still waited 30 minutes...It was really noisy and hard to have a conversation. There really isn’t a waiting area so if you happen to be seated by the door everyone waiting is standing over you...not the best experience!
The food was the real deal at Ada's. We started with the mushroom pizza, which was delicious. My dining partners enjoyed their gemelli pasta made with pesto, pistachio, and peas, and I enjoyed the short rib pappardelle. The pasta dishes were flavorful and cooked perfectly. The service, however, did not match the superb quality of the food. Much of the evening our server was missing in action. After taking our drink order we rarely saw her until the end of the evening with our bill. The manager took our order as she could see we were waiting and looking around for our server. The other negative was the noise level being so high our group had to basically shout across the table to converse.
For some of the best pizza and pasta in Summerlin make your way to Ada's!!! Everything is hand made and tastes as if you are in Italy!!! The salads and main dishes are terrific as well. We had a meatball sub at lunch and it could easily feed 2 - comes with great crispy shoestring fries. Nice wine list and they have cocktails. Patio seating for when the weather is nice.
If you're up in Summerlin, this is a go-to spot. The newer sister to Esther's Kitchen in Downtown LV, it shares some of their favorites, along with the best homemade bread/pasta/pizza dough in the city. It's a small space with a nice outside patio. Make reservations or you may be waiting for a while!
Made reservation on a busy Friday night - waited about 15minites for the table. Hosts were outstanding managing patrons . But I felt rushed throughout dinner . Food is excellent , though everything was brought at same time and was not hot enough. they kept coming over to clear plates though we weren’t even finished . I’ll return but maybe not on a busy night if I can’t enjoy the whole experience.

Our bread was burnt on one side and pasta entre was not cooked all the way. Service was okay, but not great. This restuarant is owned by the same people that have Esther's Kitchen which is great. Ada's has a ways to go. I hope it improves.

Had our Valentine's Day dinner here and had great service and food. This place is the best and Golden Knights approved because George McPhee was sitting right behind us!
Food was great, waitstaff wonderful. The noise level was a bit much for intimate conversation (but, it was a Friday night - & a busy one at that!). The menu was creative & we definitely will be back to try more of it.
Bread with anchovy butter was yummy as always. Unfortunately our salad and meatball appetizer were delivered almost immediately rather than after we enjoyed the bread (as discussed with our server). Otherwise a lovely lunch (and so much closer than Esther’s)

My short rib pasta was so salty that I couldn’t take a third bite. My hubby’s squid ink pasta was overly rich with butter that we threw away the leftover.
Got to the restaurant 15 minutes ahead of reservation time. Checked in and the hostess cancelled my reservation. Had to contact Open Table to get my points.
I love the food at Ada's. We were seated in an awkward spot right near the kitchen. I say it was awkward because all the servers had to go around our table to get to the kitchen. It was strange then, that our waiter didn't check on us as often as needed; we usually had to flag him down to get any attention. That was the only real negative about our experience. I'm missing the gnudi, that isn't on the menu anymore, I hope they bring it back, but everything else I've tried is also delicious.
Food and service were phenomenal. My husband and I shared the chopped salad which was ample in size and I had the chicken that was out of this world. My husband had pizza and it was just the way he likes it with thin crispy crust. Will definitely be back.

We were pleasantly surprised by the food. The polenta Brussels sprouts was my favorite. We were a little disappointed with the black fermented garlic pasta dish - it did not have any garlic flavor whatsoever. We came in to dine for the afternoon and was disappointed to find that several wines were not available. And our server was in a rush to leave after he was done with his lunch tables. Bread is an extra charge, FYI. Overall, mediocre.
