Ada's Restaurant & Bar
A chef-driven paradise wrapped in a small neighborhood vibe. Ada’s has been a staple in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood for years. However today, the new Ada’s is a creation stemmed from a lifelong dream of Executive Chef Ayhan Barlas. With a completely revised menu of American classics prepared with a European flair alongside Chef Ayhan’s native Turkish favorites, your senses will thank you!
We are firm believers that the freshest ingredients create the best dishes, and that things that grow together, go together. So, in keeping with that mantra, we pride ourselves on using as many local purveyors as possible to best keep our dishes in line with the true spirit of the finest cuisine the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Here you'll find a modern, warm and romantic dining experience in an elegantly casual atmosphere. We also have a great bar and lounge area with a wonderful Happy Hour.
When you dine with us, you’ll feel like part of the family.
We were looking forward to trying this restaurant for SRW and we’re greeted with excellent fine dining service and table side manner.
Unfortunately the food was just not of the same quality. Although we ordered the vegetarian eggplant, we were served a meat entree. Which was nothing other than half an eggplant covered in unflavored ground beef.
The linguine I received was cold and the seafood was chewy. The portions were small and not filling for the price.
I’m not sure if the quality took a hit because of the number of people in the restaurant but all in all we were incredibly disappointed.
Food was amazing! Our server was friendly, polite & kind. We are so happy to patronize this lovely local establishment!
Wonderful staff, nice decor, fantastic food (only tried Turkish-style dishes, none of the Italian-style). Highly recommend.
Had a wonderful dinner here. The food was fantastic! The place has kind of a hole-in-the-wall aesthetic so not impressed in that department but if that’s what keeps costs down, I’m good with it (I thought the prices were reasonable in comparison). Our polite server was also the host & bartender but managed all roles well. We will be back! PS: The lobster bisque was some of the best we’ve had. I got the lentil soup (also good) but next time I will definitely get a bowl of bisque all to myself.
The food is delicious. The servers are friendly. Restaurant week was a big hit.
The service is outstanding and the food was delicious and beautiful. We had the salmon and two more traditional turkish dishes. Highly recommend!
The tenderloin filet was amazing, among the best I have ever had. Service very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is simple elegance. Quite a find in this part of town! I can’t wait to go back and try out the Turkish dishes. I was in a steak mood the night I visited and they delivered a really delicious plate!
It was our first Covid vaccinated group dinner. Food and service were excellent. Great to have a wonderful birthday dinner in person and not on Zoom like last year! Chef offered complimentary desserts and came out to greet the table. A great time was had by all.
Tasty food, good atmosphere and attentive service. The restaurant was picked by grandson to celebrate his birthday and hit the spot.
Our first time there and won’t be our last. Lovely meal and great service. Good location so relatively easy to park.
This is a hidden gem!!! The best service ever. Balance in flavors, interesting selections. Presentation creative and fun! Can’t wait to go back. Try the Turkish wine, it will pleasantly surprise you.
Great service and food. We felt safe as we dined with every other booth and table around us closed off.
Food was excellent! Happy to accommodate vegetarian requests.
The food here is AMAZING ! The best Turkish food in the Seattle area bar none. Very impressed with the presentation of the dishes as well. Highly recommend anyone who wants to venture out with some Mediterranean style cuisine. This is the place.
Ok food service was subpar. Probably won’t come back.
Great food! Lobster bisque is to die for. Outstanding dining experience.
The food was amazing and worth the wait. Ambience was really chilled!
I have eaten here a few times, the food is always lovely, felt very safe. Tables were very spaced out, and had plants in between as well.
Everyone was so warm and welcoming and the food was DELICIOUS! Will definitely be back - they made our night very special 🤍
Great neighborhood gem for a date night. Excellent Turkish food and wine as good as we had in Turkey!
Wonderful attentive staff, delicious food. As for wine, the turkish cab was lovely!
The food was delicious. The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing!
This place was perfect. The food was amazing. The service was spot on and the blueberry Mojito was to die for. The chef even came out to greet everyone. The wife and I had a great Valentine’s Day.
We had a great Valentine’s Day dinner. The service was top notch, the drinks perfectly mixed and the food was very tasty. Nice place in this neighborhood. We will return for sure!
2nd time we’ve enjoyed Ada’s. Excellent service. Wonderful food. Charming bar yet to be tried!
Amazing food, great service, you have to try the profiteroles
I have been to Ada’s twice now and the food was fresh, savory and exquisitely prepared. I especially enjoyed the lobster bisque and the scallops. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!
The ambience and the food were amazing! The service was not that great - we had a party of 2 arrive way later than us but they received quicker service in my opinion.
The restaurant was busy so may be that’s why the wait. Other than the wait time, we had a great experience! We also appreciate the chef coming in and checking on us :)
I'm a Turkish person living in the Seattle, and this is some of the most authentic Turkish food I've had here. Prices were reasonable, the decor of the restaurant was classy, and the server was friendly. We ordered the muhamarra and the carpaccio for appetizer. The carpaccio was a bit too thick but tasted great (just needed a bit more salt), and the muhammara was amazing. I had the Turkish Manti and my partner had the Sac Kavurma, and both were super tasty. Definitely recommend it!
Food was fantastic, service was fine dining. Every item we tried was quite delicious
Geeat people and great food!
Went with a group, none of whom knew anything about Turkish food, but our waiter steered us in the right direction and his recommendations were spot on. We shared apps - carpaccio was by far the fan favorite. Beet salad was also a hit. The best from the main course: some kind of dumpling ravioli, in addition to the eggplant and ground beef. My daughter also had the seafood pasta dish and she enjoyed it a lot. Chef came out to say hi at the end of the meal, which was a welcome, personable touch. Overall, it was a lovely experience and evening out trying something new.
Great place. Visited during Seattle Restaurant Week. Hope to go back soon.
Wish they had more chicken options to choose from.
Everything was tasty! We had 4 courses and ate every bit of food. Service was friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back for dinner again.
Good food generous portion of delicious scallops with tas ty cakes
Wonderful spot with unique food and wine selections. Staff was super friendly and the chef came out to wish us a happy anniversary, too. :)
Good quality for the right price. Surprising ingrediencies (like pomegranates-glaze)!
Dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. Owner was also our waiter and is very charming and fun. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. I had the scallops and my girlfriend had the trout. Both was great and large portions. We also shared the wine recommended to us, Galo Evresge. It’s Turkish and I would also recommend it.
This was the best food I’ve had in years. The service was awesome and the atmosphere was perfect. Highly recommend
