We were greeted very warmly by the hostess and then in just a few minutes , by our waitress, who was also very friendly and helpful with providing information about the menu. Cocktails were excellent and served in very cold glasses. The food was delicious and arrived timely as well as hot. The owner came out to check to see if our expectations were met and he was also friendly. They brought birthday baklavas for my brother and me. A delightful evening and wonderful meal!

Ada’s is an amazing restaurant. I had scallops and wine. Both were delectable. It was pretty quiet, but they had soft music on. The server was attentive but not pushy. I highly recommend Ada’s to anyone.

Delicious and interesting food. Loved the special take on manti and on the goat cheese appetizer. Nice booths for separation for some of the tables. You could hear the music from the bar but not bad enough to disrupt our conversation. I will be back again to try more things !! The diverse menu included things for people who want to try new things but also interesting takes that are good for a more traditional eater so a great place to go with another couple. Street parking was easy to find when we were there at 7:30 on a Saturday. Kind and welcoming staff too

What a lovely surprise to find this Turkish-American restaurant in Phinney Ridge! Every dish was delicious and the cocktails were nice and stiff (Manhattan and Peach Old Fashion). The only feedback was that prices were a bit high for the amount of food but likely due to the current economic times we live in (high inflation). That said, we would definitely go back. One of the best Turkish meals we’ve had in Seattle (there aren’t that many Turkish restaurants).

Excellent food! We tried more traditional plates and each was expert. The beet and orange salad was outstanding. The poached pear was a treat you don't see often. We tried the Turkish wines and was very surprised by how good they were. Staff and Chef are great.

Been here twice within a month and will definitely be coming back again soon. The food is outstanding! A contemporary take on Turkish and Mediterranean food, very approachable and delicious, with a menu that is easy to pick from: we always have a starter a main course and a dessert - and Turkish coffee! Some feedback: please turn the music down a notch (and perhaps play something more chill than country rock and disco). Please don’t start the dishwasher behind the bar with a room full of dinner guests.

This was our second time at Ada's and it was less positive than the first visit. The food was good but the service was lacking. Took us a long time to get our drinks, appetizers and food. When we arrived, the restaurant was fairly empty and it filled up quickly. So once we sat, it took a long time to get service to order our drinks, then we ordered and he came back 15 minutes later to ask if we wanted appetizers but we still didn't have our drinks. This continued throughout the dining experience. When we left, the restaurant was nearly empty again. It felt like everyone in the restaurant got quicker service but we were stuck waiting long periods of time in between ordering drinks, appetizers and our meals. We will think twice about returning due to the inconsistency of the two experiences. I know it's hard to get waitstaff these days and we really felt the shortage in our dining experience.

This was my first time at Ada’s. We went because are participating in Seattle restaurant week (3 courses for $50), we live close by, and we love trying unique cuisine. It wasn’t overly busy for our 6:30 reservation, but maybe they were understaffed. In any case, we didn’t have a great experience. We are both gluten free, and were told by our server that the chef is “very accommodating to allergies”. We ordered from the limited price-fixed menu, the dolmas, lentil soup, sea bass and eggplant dish. When the appetizers came out, the soup had wheat crackers on the side. We waited for our server to come back before eating just in case the entire dish isn’t gluten free, and sure enough, it isn’t. Strike one. We both got the dolmas instead, since they were the only option. Though they were good, there were only 3 of them, and I would absolutely call them a small plate rather than an app. The lentil soup was a good portion, but unfortunately we couldn’t eat it. Our main dishes arrived and were cold. People said the sea bass was excellent online, but ours was fishy and had many bones, making it an unenjoyable experience to eat. They didn’t have any gluten free options for dessert, so we were offered vanilla, chocolate or strawberry (likely Dreyers or some other icy brand), which we barely touched. TLDR: The whole experience lacked, and beware of Ada’s if you have allergies.
