The food was great, but we were extremely disappointed in our seating assignment and asked to move, only to be told there wasn’t a spot for us to go. We were told “maybe” the bar. We were sat in a tiny table very close to another couple and it felt like we were part of their dining experience, we could hear every word the lady said and she didn’t adjust her volume at all when we sat down. Honestly, it ruined the experience for our date because we could barely hear what each other was saying. I can understand being sat in this table if it was a busy Saturday night, but seeing as we made a reservation, asked to move and were denied, and that there were a ton of open tables when we left, it was really poor customer service in my opinion. I was very excited to go out and try Ada’s for the first time, but left extremely disappointed in the entire experience.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re thrilled you enjoyed the food, but we’re genuinely sorry the seating impacted your evening. While you had a reservation, the only available tables at that time were similar in size, our larger tables were reserved for groups, and most of the other parties seated when you arrived had also finished around the same time you left. We completely understand how this affected your date night and would love the chance to welcome you back. If you join us again, we’ll do our best to ensure your visit is as comfortable and enjoyable as it should be - you deserve that.

I hadn’t been in a while and I don’t plan to go back. While the food was very tasty, the service was so neglectful and disappointing, it felt as though we were a burden to take care of, especially noting how all other guests were attended to. It was so obvious that each member of my very low maintenance family noticed it. The poor hospitality soured the entire experience. I will say that I enjoyed the food, music, and quant atmosphere. For what we spent, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect timely and friendly service.

High level dining experience in Summerlin. Exceptional food delivered with excellent service in a very comfortable space. Went over Independence Day weekend. Would expect it will require more focused reservation getting on a regular weekend night in Summerlin. Kudos Ada's

This gem of a restaurant in Tivoli should not be missed. If you love different wines and exceptional food, then enter early before the crowd, and enjoy a personal interaction with the staff and talk wine and food as a learning experience. You'll need to get there soon before they move to the Arts District Life is too short to eat mediocre victuals and quasi-vinegar disguised as well-aged wine, so make the trip to Ada's this summer.

We went during restaurant week and had the prix fixe meal. It was quite good...salad was tasty and unusual large portion, and the shrimp was great. Finally, the strawberry shortcake was super. I'd recommend!
