Service was excellent and the staff was super friendly, they accommodate all my request.
We had a great time. Loved the food and the ambiance.
One of our favorite places! The food is always delicious. The service always great and the atmosphere is so fun!
This is a great restaurant. This was our second visit and we will absolutely return again soon. Service was excellent, menu is excellent with plenty of reasonably priced options, reasonably priced drinks, and the belly dancer was great entertainment.
The Food is always amazing like in Europe as we know it. Service is Excellent. They only thing i have to say where i was disappointed was on Fathers day they got so busy in the afternoon that in the evening when we went there that some items they didn't have. But otherwise you will not be disappointed on the quality and service
We had to asked the host for our server after we been seating for 20 mins. Our server was horrible and not friendly. I had to asked for the manager cause she wouldn’t bring us any water. The manager was the worse of all. Instead of coming to our table to bring us water, he made us wait for our server to bring it instead. No team work. Manager was super lazy!
Disappointing. Food was just ok. Location could use some love. Everything appeared sticky and dingy.
This Greek restaurant was initially shocking to the senses but after getting used to it ended up being enjoyable. With cocktail napkins covering the floor after being tossed in the air (a certain tradition?) and Greek music blasting, my initial reaction was to run. But we gave it a chance and had a nice time. Food was excellent but it was so difficult to hear each other let alone the waitress, we just took chances on making food selections. Greek wine was really not to my liking but was the only option and ended up being adequate. Octopus appetizer was excellent as well as the hummus. Moussaka was outstanding and well worth the damage to my eardrums.
Been at the Acropolis several times never had a bad meal or bad service - GREAT Menu
The food and atmosphere was very nice. We got seated right away and they where very accommodating even though some friends cancelled last minute so we had less people. The only problem was our waitress. I am not one to complain about service, know the business did it for 2 years. However, she was very unattentive. Even though the tables around us except one was empty. I actually had to get up 2 times to find where she was after waiting for quite some time. First time so we could order dessert, that came and went, second time to get our bill. She didn’t come back to find out if everything was ok, or if we needed anything after bringing our food. I love acropolis food and atmosphere, hence why I wanted to have a nice chill girls night. But was greatly disappointed by the service.
Went here for Mother’s Day! Great food and atmosphere made it a day to remember.
We go there often for the food, however it seems that the dress code is now very relaxed because there was a lady seating by the bar just wearing a t-shirt - no pants, just underwear for all to see and management didn't addressed.
Excellent Service and great food! Everything was delicious and the portions perfect.
We had a party of 10 of whom 4 were celebrating birthdays...Everyone was thrilled with the food and the ambiance. The napkin throwing was really fun for all and I thank you for making this such a special occasion for everyone. They all thanked me for recommending your restaurant.
Food was great! Service was as well. Music was a bit loud.
We had a great meal. Service was excellent.
Great service, food was delicious, live music and lots of fun
When our group arrived, (14 people), we were greeted with a very pleasant hostess. Our waiter then came over to our table. Jose was very personable. He made sure our drink order was taken care of, then the appetizers, he went over the specials, and made sure we had plenty of (warm) bread. The meals were excellent, as well as the service.
Poor service. Very slow and the restaurant was not busy at all. Appetizers, salads, and entrees arrived at the same time and the wait staff shoved the plates around on the table to fit everything. Our dinners were cold by the time we finished our salads. Chicken was very dry. The Greek salads were great but that was about the only very pleasant part of the situation.
Love Acropolis! We live in Alabama and make sure we plan an evening at Acropolis every time we come down here. The kids love it, and my 3 year old hasn’t stopped yelling “Opa!”
Their food is absolutely delicious and their waitstaff are super friendly.
Love this place, on this occasion we had 11 of us and were seated at their family sized booth for 12 positioned around a large round table where everyone can see each other and conversate. Great experience, great food and service. Would highly recommend !
Wonderful food, music and waitress. I would highly recommend to everyone.
We were there with a party of 11 for my birthday, our bartender Anna was amazing getting us all a cocktail before dinner. Then we sat in the large booth at the back, our server was also amazing, forgive me but I cant remember his name! My birthday dinner was fabulous!
Thank you all
We had a great server and the food was delicious. The only thing was that it was a bit loud since it was a Saturday night and hard to hear because of the music.
Good place, but it is very loud on Friday/Saturday nights. Makes it difficult to have table conversations.
But it a fun place with good food.
Acropolis is a wonderful place for good quality Greek food. We were seated upon arrival and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The lamb chops were cooked to order and had a delicious taste. My date got the shrimp Mykonos which was deliciously made. The kitchen did not delay with our food. Would definitely comeback!
The place was empty. You would think they would give great service
We have enjoyed this restaurant in the past, however this recent visit was a disaster. Despite our reservation, they were not ready for our party. Service was horrible and food was only mediocre. When we complained we were told they were extremely understaffed and they were expecting a party of 30 (so our party of 9 suffered). Very poorly managed.
The food is excellent, the service is terrific. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite. Overall a great place to eat, with ambience and a fair price.
We had a great time celebrating my son’s birthday here with family that’s from out of town. We will be back!
We celebrated birthdays, thought this would be a fun place to do so, and it was. The food was great,
and it is a great place to go to with friends.
Had a fantastic meal! Great entertainment with the music and the belly dancer. Food was amazing! Definitely recommend
We live in the neighborhood and enjoy walking over for our "comfort food". Convenient, good quality, nice environment and staff.
My wife took me there for my birthday and I had a really good time, not only was the food excellent but the staff and the entertainment (belly dancer) was great. Hope to go there again soon.
Great greek food. Wait staff puts on a fantastic floor show. Live greek music. They even have a belly dancer. AWESOME experience. DONT PASS ON THE BAKLAVA DESERT.
The food is good, and for Saturday lunches perfect, not too big of a crowd.
We went to dinner with a group of friends. Everyone’s dish was delicious! We will certainly be going back o Acropolis.
It was a very fun experience however, I had forgotten how loud it is in there, a little hard to carry on a conversation.
