All I can say is AMAZING! Service, cuisine and ambiance! It is a definite must! We will be back next time!
Gran servicio y el lugar espectacular y de buen ambiente sin embargo los precios se me hacen muy superiores a la calidad de comida que se puede encontrar eb lugare similares.
Tienen variedad de comida vegana. Sus vegetales son muy frescos
The vibe of the restaurant is pretty spectacular, possibly the only thing saving the experience from being poor overall. Dishes were forgettable except the tostada which was excellent and cocktails with their own Mezcal lacked any distinct personality. To top it off, service was slow and I couldn’t figure why considering the amount of staff they had. Wouldn’t recommend it unless you wanted to check out a place for a drink and the drink was simple.
Great venue but food is nowhere near as good as it was previous visits a year or two ago. Ordered the roasted chicken (used to be great) but this time it was dry with not much flavor. We most likely won't be going back.
Everything was excellent! The grounds were absolutely beautiful. We ordered the Black Angus and it was cooked to perfection. The brussel sprouts were so yummy and full of flavor
Excelente desde principio a fin ,nos atendió de manera maravillosa Julio ,sin duda lo recomendaré
Really unique space and fun menu. The apps were much better than the main dish but over all such a fun space and amazing staff.
This was our second visit and it was equally as nice as our first. The hummus and burrata is amazing. Live the atmosphere- great wait personnel.
It’s worth the ride- we’ll be back.
Amazing Amazing Amazing!!
Acre had a great ambiance. It did seem to get a little crowded during COVID but tables had ample spacing. They do temperature checks too so that was reassuring.
An incredible dining experience. From the attentive and knowledgeable staff, to the sexy ambiance with champagne lighting and live DJ spinning light EDM, the food was both decadent and perfect, the cocktails were on point and the dessert was heavenly.
Our server Donovan was there every step of the way offering insights and answering all our questions. We ordered the burrata appetizer, entrees were King Kampachi yellowtail fish and skirt steak (melt in your mouth!) and the creme brûlée with tapioca. Everything was perfectly balanced and the portions were generous with bites of vegetable sides without being overdone. The locally grown herb garden brings a delicious fresh flavor to every offering. The beautiful plating of each dish showed both attention to beauty, taste and presentation.
For drinks, there is a nice speciality cocktail menu and full bar. We started with the Diablo and an Old Fashioned, then white wine for dinner. They had a decent selection of wine by the glass and an impressive selection of bottles.
The manager Oscar was surprisingly attentive amidst ensuring the sanitation, social distancing, employee mask wearing was well managed. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the tequila offerings and the availability of Casa Dagrones (top shelf sipping tequila) was both impressive and appreciated.
Anyone in the Cabo area should absolutely make sure Acre is on their must visit list for a wonderful dining experience.
We came for dinner with our friends from San Francisco, we were a group of five and a dog, and we had an amazing time! Every single dish and drink was beautifully presented and very flavorful. My favorites of the evening were: the Drunken Botanist (gin based cocktail), chocolate clam as an appetizer, three of us had salmon, which was perfect, my friend had king kampachi and he loved it, another friend had a burger and he also praised it. For the dessert we tried one of each; key lime pie, mango sorbet, fog sorbet, creme brulee, and a vegan cheese cake. All were great, but key lime pie was out of this world.
Our waiter, Donovan, was super friendly and knowledgeable, we also spoke with restaurant manager Oscar and met Chef Diego.
It was an amazing experience and we can't wait to come back!
We eat here all of the time and it's one of our favorite restaurants. However, there was a hostess who tried to seat us in the blazing sun at 6:15 pm, when we were only the third party to arrive in the restaurant for dinner (with a reservation), She left us standing around while she checked for other available tables in a completely empty restaurant, except for the two booths where prior patrons were seated. We finally negotiated a booth that we could see would be out of the sun within 15 minutes or so. Because she was angry we wouldn't take the table in the sun, she then pronounced there would be a "time limit on our booth" and she would be back to let us know what that limit would be. And that other tables were "booked". What? We had booked a table, on open table. I had my parents with me who are 85, and there were only two other tables seated in the entire restaurant. We then watched her (with amusement) her try and seat the next four parties at the same table in the sun. All refused and it was quite entertaining. Thankfully the servers and chef are as awesome as always and overall it's a wonderful experience aside from the hostess.
The food was incredible!
Food was amazing, but the service was poor. Was expecting much better service considering the amazing service we had at other restaurants while in Cabo.
The manager Oscar was wonderful in resolving an issue for us.
The space is stunning, the food impeccable and the service top notch.
Food is excellent and the property is dreamy
Incredible experience. The food and service was excellent. 100% recommended.
Muy buena burger
Great place. A must if your in Cabo. Limited menu but everything was great.
Excelente lugar comida y servicio. Muy diferente
Vale la pena definitivo
Excellent food but very expensive. The music, recorded, Was good but far too loud. I asked twice for the music to be turned down but the young man in charge of the stereo turned it up again shortly after. Too Loud for intimate conversation.
The only negative was their computer system went down and the bill took over an hour to get sorted... maybe a better plan if it were to happen again? Our server was wonderful but overwhelmed due to the system being down and I think a GM may have been needed to help wait staff.
But I’d like to end on a positive note - Absolutely amazing food, and I know the service would have been amazing too if not for the computer system outage over whelming our server. I will be back next time I’m in Cabo!!!
The new chef Larbi is a gem! Our guests were blown away by the food and ambience.
This is our 6th time eating @ Acre and we were so disappointed this time that we will not go back. Food Pricing is Astonishing for what you receive. Not to mention it costs $60.00 round trip by taxi from San Jose. We do not mind paying for good food, but this place has gone downhill.
Acre is amazing. Second time we have been there. Food is great and it’s beautiful.
Sister visiting from the US. It was fabulous in every way!!!
The walkway to the restaurant is through a well-lit jungle. Seating is booth or table. The menu is varied, interesting and the food is great. The food is even better because of the new chef Larbi. This is a go-to for me and my local friends.
Felt rushed. Part of the experience was visiting the grounds and farm animals. New owners no longer allowed us to do so. Would not allow us to go see the pool after the meal. It has become overpriced for the value. We went three times last year bringing new guests each time I’ll be here 5 weeks this year and this will be my first and last vacation visit.
El lugar es bellisimo y la comida muy buena. Altamente recomendable
Acre is a must. We have been going there for years and never a complaint. Our married children go every time they visit Cabo. The food is delicious, a beautiful setting day or night, very gracious hostess and staff.
Acre appears to be enjoyed by many, the restaurant was full and it is a trek driving there.
Jill and Brian Jones
Food is very fresh and locally grown and sourced . An oasis in a tropical jungle setting.
Way overpriced for the food. Tasty and nice setting, but double or triple what it would cost anywhere else.
I love Acre, however regarding the service, there is much space to improve.
Besides that, the ambience and food is amazing!
