   I loved everything about this dining experience! Staff was so welcoming and attentive, food was fresh and vibrant and the ambiance a was perfection.

   Our experience at Acre was incredible! Stunning grounds, beautiful ambience and superb service and food! It is a definite must visit!

   What an Oasis!! Hidden treasure well worth the dirt road arrival. Service, ambiance and food were top notch. Highly recommend.

   Our food, drinks, and servers were excellent. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Collectively our only “complaint” which is so minor I hate to call it that is that the mixed drinks took a long time to come from the bar, the wine was served more quickly, as expected. Overall experience was a 5/5! Highly recommend the cheddar biscuits, the organic chicken, rib eye taco, and risotto!

   Service was spotty. Miscommunication on drinks and timing of entrees. Food was good but not exceptional.

   The hamachi crudo appetizer was outstanding. That was the extent of the good food. The pizza dough on the pizza seemed under and kind of bland, while my wife’s fish tacos were also underseasoned and extremely overcooked. I am wondering if there was a mistake in the firing time by the executive chef. So a great appetizer mixed with marginal mains equals fair food. The ambiance is always outstanding with the whole grounds of Acre being extremely beautiful.

   Always a great dinner experience! Menu selection, quality of food and service and setting is among the best in San Jose. Highly recommend and do not miss taking a walk through the farm and gardens and be sure to donate to support the rescue dogs!

   This was our first time to ACRE. From the moment we arrived in the parking lot, we were greeted by friendly employees. The short walk through the thick grove of palm trees was relaxing. We marveled at the tree houses on the property. After our short walk, we arrived at the restaurant. The atmosphere was lively and energetic. We ordered the cheddar biscuits and a salad. Both were full of flavor and delicious. We ordered the braised short rib and the rigatoni bolognese. Both meals were full of flavor and delicious. The staff was very attentive throughout the entire meal. Our only regret was we were so full from the meal, we failed to save room for dessert! We will definitely return next time we visit!

    We enjoyed our meal and experience at Acre, it is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the desert. Worth every $$$$ . I wish we would have come early to explore the property
