   Fantastic experience. Highly recommend. Keylime cocktail and sushi starter were my favourite.

   Beautiful setting and worth the trip down the dirt road to get to. Awesome staff and they are all bilingual. From the concierge to our servers and all in between, it was as always, a delightful and delicious experience. The mixologist is a master! Don’t miss visiting the rescue animals that are up for adoption! We go here for special occasions as it is pricey, but we’ll worth the splurge.

    Our food was fantastic and we walked the grounds and saw so many plants and animals, it was great. However, we were frequently out of water or drinks and felt the service was very poor. We had to flag down a server multiple times just to get our orders taken. We were sat for 30 minutes with no service.

However, we sincerely apologize for the poor service you experienced. It's unacceptable you were frequently without water/drinks and had to flag down a server multiple times, waiting 30 minutes without service. This is not our standard, and we're very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience. We'll review this with our team for improvement to ensure all guests receive attentive and timely service.
