Enjoyed every minute! The food was wonderful! The wine selection and knowledge of their wine, priceless! Made my birthday such a great memory!

It was a lovely Italian dinner

The food was very nice but not the service, for the following reasons:
-they were rushing out when we had not finish eating (not even 1 hour seating)
-the waiter in charge of the terrace (outdoor seating) did not pay us any attention at all (the table was shaking and he forgot to fix it, it took them more than 15 minutes to fix the heating, I wanted to order drinks and the waiter forgot). In any case, we leave a 15% tip.
Our feeling was that service at terrace was related to the amount of money in wine. As we were with our children we only order 2 glasses of wine.

Though waitstaff was polite, we felt pressured to order quickly. Music was loud—don’t mind a lively atmosphere, but for my tastes, background music should be just that—in the background. Food was good. Wine list extensive and geared toward the wealthy—some options under $50 would have been appreciated. But then this is Aspen after all.

I’ve had both vaccine shots and have felt comfortable eating inside almost everywhere in Aspen. Even with spaced out seating, i had people over both shoulders within about 2 feet, laughing and coughing. I didnt feel comfortable or safe. On top of that, the salad had so much salt it wasn’t edible, the vegetables in the minestrone soup were mushy and the broth had zero flavor. But the fusilli was excellent and our server was prompt and friendly. One suggestion: if a diner doesn’t eat their food (we barely ate any of the salad or soup bc they weren’t good), the server should ask if there was a problem.

The food is over the top delicious! One of my favorites in Aspen.

A nice evening even with the Covid restrictions. Excellent service Tried a couple of dishes new to us, and enjoyed them.

Food and service were truly spectacular. This is a real trattoria in all places, Aspen.

Service was horrible. Appetizers, salads, soup, and entrees all arrived at the same time and waitstaff blamed us. We were charged for items we never received and management was rude with a attitude, she even took our heater away. Will NEVER dine at Acquolina again.

Chicken parmesan looked good on outside but inside the chicken was disgusting and gelatinous. I mean if your an Italian restaurant and can't get Chicken parmesan right, that's crazy. Which is surprising considering their sister restaurant Duemani is excellent, albeit very overpriced. The appetizers were good. But the Chicken parm and their Ceasar salad were just terrible and wouldn't recommend.

We have enjoyed Acquolina for many, many years. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had. The hostess was quite simply so awful that we will never go back. We had just been served three desserts and wine when the hostess demanded we leave despite the uneaten course. If you need to turn tables that quickly, don’t sell a third course. There is a way to handle slow service and waiting diners and this wasn’t it. Perhaps an apology and an offer of a drink at the bar? We will go back to their sister restaurant but never again will we pay $600 to be literally kicked out before we finish. There are other great restaurant choices in Aspen so skip this one.

The food was delicious and our server Alexandra was exceptional. She knew a lot about the menu and was helpful in making recommendations. We will definitely be back when we return to Aspen.

Excellent service and food! The sommelier recommended a wine that turned out to be the perfect choice. Food was delicious. Service spot on.

Everything about our experience was wonderful! We sat at the bar and Ethan and Sarah were the best hosts/bartenders. They gave great food recommendations, drink recommendations and made for some fun and lively conversation throughout our meal. We’ll definitely back back next time we’re in Aspen!

Food exceptional! A hugh party not following Covid protocols. Restaurant became packed, people walking around without masks from table to bar. Uncomfortable & hazardous.

We felt like we were being rushed out of there not even giving you an opportunity to enjoy the wine that you spent a lot of money for or the appetizers you were just being rushed and pushed along so that they could get another table I guess,So in the past I would’ve been happy to recommend this restaurant but not right now
