Acquarasa is the all-day dining restaurant of the Furore Grand Hotel, overlooking the sparkling sea of the Amalfi Coast.

Its Mediterranean-inspired cuisine embraces every moment of the day.

From light lunch to dinner with a view, the menu ranges from traditional to international dishes: plateau royal, three-tomato spaghetti, club sandwiches, desserts, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options.

The offer is enriched by “È Casa”, a new special menu dedicated to timeless Campanian home cooking, inspired by grandmothers’ recipes.
