The most romantic Covid restaurant tent ever! I can't wait until their dining room is allowed to open, but the wonderland they've created outside is beautiful. The food was perfect. The menus are well-marked, so it was easy to choose food that would be just right for our needs. The bartender knows their craft well. The service was superb - the owners even came out to make sure everything was alright for us! Stellar night. Treat yourself to a table, a bouquet of flowers, an exquisite dessert...you'll leave with a long-lasting smile!
This place was great! So beautiful, quiet, and the service was awesome. Food was also so good and you could tell the cooks put a lot of effort in (:
Great night! Wonderful decorations. Great food, just wish there were slightly more food options. Will definitely go back !
Absolutely amazing in every way!
Fantastic!! Amazing cocktails!! The food is incredible.
Wonderful food! Amazing service and the tent is set up so festive and cute!
Such a fun and festive dining experience! Food and drinks were wonderful!!
A very cozy romantic atmosphere for the holidays. Tasty food and drinks!
We had a lovely time! Can’t wait to go again soon
Wonderful date night venue! We will go back soon!!
The wait staff were warm and friendly, 5 stars. The holiday decorations were so incredibly festive. We enjoyed the atmosphere, even if it was outside and parts of our anatomy felt mildly frozen (Thank you covid!). The food was tasty. The one recommendation to the chef would be to include enough of the key ingredients to make them discernible in the salad. The fennel holiday salad barely contained fennel or pomegranates. On the other hand, the chicken stroganoff was sensational.
We’ve gone out to dinner only three times in the last 20 months since having a baby and each time we get some precious time alone, this is our go-to spot. It’s that wonderful! You can’t beat the ambiance, originality, vibe and the hustle that this small restaurant and flower shop is putting in to stay open during these impossibly difficult times for restaurants. It’s truly a magical experience. Appetizers and drinks have always been the biggest hits when we’ve enjoyed time here. Most recently, the beer cheese soup and the pumpkin hot buttered rum were quite memorable. You can safely eat outside in their beautiful tent. Go make a reservation now, you won’t regret it!
This was one of my favorite dining experiences in the area and I will definitely be back! Although it was a little pricey, it was well worth it. My husband and I both tried a cocktail which were so fresh, unique, and delicious. We split 3 appetizers, a dessert, and an entree that they were able to modify to make vegetarian for us - everything was so, so delicious and high quality. The tent they set up for outdoor dining was decorated so festively and it was great watching classic Christmas movies while we dined. Service was prompt and the food came out quickly. I can't wait to come back and dine indoors - the space is so gorgeous and they truly know how to give guests a great experience all around.
Always a delight to dine here. And the current holiday drinks are amazing as well!
This place is as amazing as I thought it would be and we cannot wait to go back. We are already planning a Saturday brunch hopefully soon
They have put a lot of work into having a beautiful experience. Truly enjoyed it
Absolutely amazing! Food, drinks, atmosphere, service was all wonderful! Would highly recommend!
The owners have done an exceptional job at revamping the old Lake Chalet! Great food - lots of fresh NW flavors, attentive & friendly staff, excellent atmosphere! We’ll be back!
Took my parents for dinner for Dad's birthday. Everything was great. The outdoor seating warmed up quickly, but stayed safely distant from other customers. The flower arrangements were incredible.
Great location. Love the ambience. Fantastic design.
On this visit, the food and service were less appealing. Our entree showed up with lovely roast vegetables topped with beef that was cold. Not just cooled after cooking. More like refrigerator cold. Nobody showed up to ask how our meal was, so we managed to eat it anyway. (Like I said, vegetables were spot on.) When they took the plate, we mentioned the cold entree. They did give us a slight discount on the meal.
P.S. If you are making a reservation for two people, ask for a window seat!
Attentive and engaging service. Had the mushroom and acorn squash risotto - delicious. Charcuterie plate was also quite good, although a bit pricey at $28. Overall an excellent experience for our Anniversary dinner. Will certainly go back.
We have eaten here twice and have loved it each time! The food is excellent, ambiance is fabulous, service is 5 star! The tables are sanitized and clean and separated. We will definitely eat there again.
Amazing place and fantastic food! Very taste and beautiful!!!
Oue dinner was great. The service was exceptional. We will return over and over again.
The staff were welcoming and friendly, insuring my first time at the restaurant went smoothly. Food was delicious and arrived at adequate times. The restaurant was quiet even as the dinner guests began arriving and the ambience both from the floral displays and the seasonal decorations were fantastic. While the prices are a bit spendy for my taste, I justified the price by the time I saw how wonderful everything was, from the service to the food.
This is a must-visit once things are “normal” again. The tables are spaced apart and staff is following all safety precautions. The food and service were great.
My French onion soup was amazing—rich, not too salty, with great flavors. The cocktails are fantastic. I normally don’t like sitting in chairs if my feet don’t touch the floor, but the stools were surprisingly comfortable.
I do not know how anyone could come here and not be charmed. While I think I’ll likely stick to take out (I don’t think they do take out right now) until the weather is warm enough to dine outdoors again, this has been my sole exception since March and it was lovely.
My husband and I visited this place for our anniversary. Based on the reviews we felt confident to choose this restaurant for the first time out dining since March. The place was packed, and there is no place to sit and wait, so you stand by the door waiting for your reserved table.
The seating was uncomfortable - bar stools with low backs, little support.
The food, oy. My French onion soup tasted like a watery pour from a can. Then we waited half an hour to get our entree which was rissotta. It arrived luke warm and quickly cooled as it wasn't on a hot plate. It was unimpressive.
The wine selection was barely there, and the pour was small.
So, unfortunately, we won't be going back or recommending.
We wish the new owners well.
Love our times here always!
As usual, our night was an excellent dining experience. The friendly staff and attention to detail with the food and surroundings are consistent and top notch.
Darling! Sweet little spot hidden away in Camas. Lovely atmosphere-good for date night. Great food and service. The flower arrangement we were able to purchase was an added bonus that made the dinner feel even more special.
Amazing food, decor, flowers and ambiance. The drinks were sooo good, the view amazing. I can’t wait to get back!
Great food, ambience and service. This will be one of our regular spots for sure.
Delicious food and drinks! great atomosphere! They also have dealt with covid restrictions in a safe way without it changing the experience. What a great addition to Camas! What
We celebrated my husband’s birthday & it was a great evening. We loved the atmosphere, the staff was attentive & informative & the food was amazing! I was able to order a special bouquet of flowers that were on the table when we arrived & they were beautiful. We can’t wait to return!
The meal was delicious and good portions. The cheese tray had some good ingredients but for the price it was lacking. Being a small place was really nice but if a table next to us was really loud and it took away from our experience. Service was really on point. Food arrived quickly. All in all solid 3.5 .
Our second time here and as soon as we leave, we can’t wait to return. Every detail from ambiance to food reflects the love and pride of the owners and chef. This place is a gem of the northwest.
We loved, loved our evening at Acorn & The Oak. The decor was beautiful, the food delicious and our waitress, Hannah, was so sweet and attentive. Can't wait to come back.
Chorizitos were yummy
Craft cocktails were on point.
Scampi was a miss.
Pastas came out lukewarm
Those things could have been overlooked. We were most disappointed in service.
Our table wasn’t properly set
We weren’t greeted warmly.
And we were reminded throughout the entire meal we were on a timeline.
I would have preferred not to be allowed to make a 7:30 reservation if time was of the essence the entire meal.
It just felt awkward.
There’s a way to do that that doesn’t make the guest feel like a burden.
We were asked if we would be ordering ice cream at the beginning of entrees. Our entrees were also rushed on top of our apps.
I would still recommend this place. It was such a unique environment.
Make your reservation early.
More of a small plates/appetizers type of place. Great service.
Wow. So creative. From the decor to the food. Service was friendly. Like having dinner at a friends place. If your friend was freaking awesome and their place was awesome and they hired an awesome chef. Pickled veggies yum. We loved that we could order multiple small dishes and share but also had entree dishes to choose from (which we also ordered and shared!). This restaurant is also a flower shop so how can you not love the ambiance. It’s so lovely.
