It was very bad experience. The server had an attitude , couldnt communicate in English . The food we ordered took 30 minutes to arrive and there was no one to come and ask if we needed anything . Thwy missed a lot fo food we ordered and we had to go inside and find some help to get my order.

Food is delicious and consistent at the Acapulco in Marina Pacifica. And you can’t beat the views on the water. Jose, our server is always excellent as well!

Food was very marginal and not worth the price. No wonder it was almost empty during the dinner hour, yet the service took forever. They also had a big problem accepting the OpenTable reward… wasted about 30 minutes of our time after we insisted. We will not be back.

Horrible experience, had a reservation at 12:30pm was seated until 1:10pm. Wish this would’ve been communicated when we checked in it would still be a long wait. What is the point of having a reservation? We stood in the direct sun during that time which was miserable. I didn’t think it would be this long of a wait we would’ve gone elsewhere. It was a brunch buffet, when I went up to get food the items I wanted were empty, they were trying to refill but the line was unorganized and people were just in the way. We were seated at 1:10pm and did not get drinks until 1:30pm. Our total meal was $96 plus tip. Not worth the money, not worth the time would not recommend. Ruined my Father’s Day

This is our third strike at this restaurant we’re locals. We have come here for years and service gets worse and worse.We also feel last night we were discriminated against by one of the server. Hr doesn’t speak English to us, but surely speak English to the table next-to us. Service was terrible. Food took forever. We got sat down and got served last we will never go back and that includes our friends.

It was a very nice brunch, we got there when they taking the food away.. we still managed to get some .. it was my daughter birthday. She enjoyed her brunch.. Next time we come Earlier to enjoy the food..

THE WORST Mother’s Day Lunch. I made reservations here because my Mom and I like their Crab and shirmp enchiladas, and was looking forward having them. I made a 2pm reservation to avoid their Sunday Brunch. We got seated at 2:15pm and the hostess even asked if we’re having regular menu or brunch. I told her regular menu. However, when we got seated the waitress told us that regular menu is only available at 3:30pm, and brunch is the only one available. I told her their poster says brunch ends at 2pm and even showed it to her, but she insisted that only brunch is available. At that point, I didn’t want to argue because I’m afraid that they may just do something bad to our food and drinks. As we were getting the food from the buffet, we saw other tables with regular menu. I felt like we’ve been forced to have the leftovers from the brunch. The food selections were nasty. It was NOT worth $42 per person. We could have a better meal at SuperMex for half the cost. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! I hate that the waitress lied, ruined Mother’s Day for us🤯😤

We had a 7:45 reservation, arrived at 7:20 and were told we would be seated next. And that it would be 5 or 10 minutes. A half hour later asked again and hostess told me again 5 or 10 minutes. I said that we had a one year-old and that anything they could do to expedite things would be really appreciated. She said she would ask a manager and then walked over to the bar to place a to go order and didn’t do anything. I had to flag down a different hostess, who also didn’t seem to know or care about what was going on, in order to get seated at our table. Once we got seated, we got chips and salsa right away and then no one came to our table. Other tables around us were just getting their drinks from the bar. We left without anyone giving us menus or asking for our order. Definitely a disappointing cinco de mayo experience.
