   Coming from a near by culinary school, I felt that this dining experience surpassed my expectations. The added courses and small bite really made my night that much better.

   I enjoyed all the delicious food. The only con for me would be the dessert option. There was only one option for dessert and I couldn't eat it even though there was a variety of that dessert. I was allergic to an ingredient in the dessert, luckily there was a Gelato substitution given to me .

   Great food, the students are working their hardest, but service was messy and frazzled (some spills, not being seated soon, miscommunication between staff, etc). Again, amazing food, kind staff, and unbelievable deal on lunch! Cash only, unfortunately.

   Under the exceptional leadership of Mrs. Kristina Burke, the students have demonstrated genuine and upscale customer service. The three-course Italian lunch, menu created by Chef Ziccardi, was an amazing Italian cuisine journey. First course: Zuppa di Pesce, fresh fish soup with tender dumplings. Second course: Cannelloni, flavorful cannelloni with tomato sauce and fresh basil on top third course; Olive oil cake. beautiful, dense and rich olive oil cake with fresh made whipped cream and sliced seasonal fruits

   Food was excellent. The fish was cooked precisely, as was the quinoa. The desserts (chocolate bread pudding, apple tart, and lemon grass ice cream) were spectacular!

   I love spending my lunch hour at Academic Bistro. Dana greets me with her amazing smile while Zach and Amanda did a great job describing the menu items and serving delicious creative dishes. The black bean burger was excellent and the zip sauce was spicy good. I also liked the shrimp cocktail. By far the most impressive item I tasted so far this semester was yesterday's chocolate mousse with a hint of Ginger; a wonderful ending to a fabulous lunch. It was light and balanced so nicely with a hint of ginger nicely presented with a pineapple crème, fresh cream and two ginger and chocolate crisps. Kudos to the creative Chef who put that together!

   Everything was very good. Service of our main dishes was slow, but we were a larger party (of 4), noticed smaller parties (2-3), received their meals and desserts before we even got our main dish. It was fine though, the food was worth the wait!

    Great food, nice atmosphere. It's a true learning laboratory for Drexel students. And, they accept Drexel's Dragon Dollars for payment which is very nice.
