   View is not it. Food quality was not even Applebees standard and that’s the least I could say. The flat bread was lean cuisine at best. As a Marriot Bonvoy member who is loyal to Marriot hotels, restaurants and dining experiences, this was not it. Turn the lights down, make this moodier and please turn some music on so I can get into it. This was a hotel lobby, not a fine dining establishment for the prices listed. Do not recommend and PLEASE bring the prices down and don’t charge a reservation fee. Trust me, the $20 non refundable hold for a no show would have been worth skipping this meal. Also the hostesses could be nicer tbh.

   Justin, oh my this is quite a review. I am sorry you had such a negative experience. as you point out the sky bar is a bar and lounge. we are not trying to be fine dining. we have a tapas style menu. but I am sorry that you felt the quality was not what you expected.    My wife and I had our wedding ceremony there and absolutely loved it! We had such a great time. Everyone was super nice, sweet, and helpful, and we felt well taken care of. I will always remember and cherish that day, and I truly appreciate the staff and their help with the event. Robert was magnificent and very attentive to us. Even though there was a little "issue" the morning of, we were able to figure it out and laugh about it in the end!

   Overall we had a really good time and will totally be back. My only feedback was that you go to this place for the view of downtown and every time we got up from the table the server would clear stuff without asking and before we were done. Actually even when we were sitting there he would just assume we were done and take things. At the end of the dining experience we went to go outside and see the fireworks from the parks and left our take home containers on the table since we were walking back thru and were not outside for more than 3 minutes and when I came back to grab them he had already completely cleared the table. When I asked him about it all I got was “sorry” no concern really what so ever. Seemed more like he was rushing to get us out than actually taking his time to attend to us. Other than that the food was really really good! The view was the best in Orlando and overall the ambiance was great.

   We thoroughly enjoyed the Easter buffet at AC Skybar. We were seated outside in a couch section, and the weather was perfect: blue skies with a nice breeze. Many food stations with a variety of choices. Diana was an attentive server; she took our plates as soon as we cleared it of food and made sure our glasses were always filled. A totally relaxing two hours.

   We were seated promptly and greeted by our server, Chris. The drinks were phenomenal and the food was well seasoned. We really enjoyed it. We will be back again.

   Very nice place. Our server was amazing. Only problem was our food. We all had to return our plates twice. Both time our steak wasn’t cooked properly. Everything else was absolutely amazing!

    Having people wait and then to be kicked out from the outside area cause of storms was not fun, heaters was stuck on high, and we were melting away. The waiter told us it's been stuck and broke the prices for drinks are super HIGH and the food was not even good. first experience was not fun all at

    Chris thanks so much for the review. Sorry you had such a bad time. As you may know we have no control over the weather. If there is rain or wind we have to close it for safety reasons. Our drink prices are the same as other high end bars. I appreciate the feedback on the heaters I will have our engineering team fix that. We apologize for any inconvienece and do hope you will give us another try in the future
