   Very nice place for quick bites or drinks. Not a place for a nice dinner or romantic outing. Customer service was excellent and all staff were great.

   my sisters called ahead to have a bottle or two of champagne pre ordered for the table. They said it would be on the house but when we got there, no one had any idea what we were referring to. So we ended up doing individual bottomless mimosas. Kinda frustrating for a surprise for the guest of honor in our party and really uncomfortable trying to tell my guests not to order until the bottles arrived (which they never did). Service overall was pretty good but i don’t feel like i needed to reserve a 7-8 person table inside only to be asked where i wanted to sit. And then having to ask for an additional chair for the table. What’s the point??

   Haden, I am sorry this was your experience and I will definitely be following up with the manager on what happened. The note in the reservation was that you wanted a single bottle of house champagne. there was nothing about it being on the house. I apologize for the confusion and I will be following up with the team since I was off on Sunday. I will also follow up with the host team on this.

   NOT a rooftop bar. Overlooking I-4 and the top of the Kia Center. It’s on the 18th of 25 floors. There’s a ledge outside the indoor seating that they call a “rooftop.” The menu is super basic. Nothing special. The 2 drinks we had we tasty but they were $17 each. We had 3 small plates and 2 drinks and the bill, before tip, was $98. Glad we tried it but will definitely not be going back.

   View is not it. Food quality was not even Applebees standard and that’s the least I could say. The flat bread was lean cuisine at best. As a Marriot Bonvoy member who is loyal to Marriot hotels, restaurants and dining experiences, this was not it. Turn the lights down, make this moodier and please turn some music on so I can get into it. This was a hotel lobby, not a fine dining establishment for the prices listed. Do not recommend and PLEASE bring the prices down and don’t charge a reservation fee. Trust me, the $20 non refundable hold for a no show would have been worth skipping this meal. Also the hostesses could be nicer tbh.

   Justin, oh my this is quite a review. I am sorry you had such a negative experience. as you point out the sky bar is a bar and lounge. we are not trying to be fine dining. we have a tapas style menu. but I am sorry that you felt the quality was not what you expected.    My wife and I had our wedding ceremony there and absolutely loved it! We had such a great time. Everyone was super nice, sweet, and helpful, and we felt well taken care of. I will always remember and cherish that day, and I truly appreciate the staff and their help with the event. Robert was magnificent and very attentive to us. Even though there was a little "issue" the morning of, we were able to figure it out and laugh about it in the end!

   Overall we had a really good time and will totally be back. My only feedback was that you go to this place for the view of downtown and every time we got up from the table the server would clear stuff without asking and before we were done. Actually even when we were sitting there he would just assume we were done and take things. At the end of the dining experience we went to go outside and see the fireworks from the parks and left our take home containers on the table since we were walking back thru and were not outside for more than 3 minutes and when I came back to grab them he had already completely cleared the table. When I asked him about it all I got was “sorry” no concern really what so ever. Seemed more like he was rushing to get us out than actually taking his time to attend to us. Other than that the food was really really good! The view was the best in Orlando and overall the ambiance was great.

    We thoroughly enjoyed the Easter buffet at AC Skybar. We were seated outside in a couch section, and the weather was perfect: blue skies with a nice breeze. Many food stations with a variety of choices. Diana was an attentive server; she took our plates as soon as we cleared it of food and made sure our glasses were always filled. A totally relaxing two hours.
