I was not impressed with the brunch selections. Poor variety. Steak overcooked with poor taste. We asked for drinks and that alone took a very long time to arrive to the table. We had ordered the avocado toast which never arrived. Service was poor. Food was poor. This place is really overhyped. Not worth the wait for reservations or the price of the meal. Would have been a complete disappointment if not for the amazing view and cool breeze.
Daniela the server is great! Amazing servicw
Very disappointing. Table and overall place did not seem clean. The food was OK, but very small portions relative to the price, even for a Sunday brunch. Guitar player was good, but the noise level was far too loud.
We made a Rez and we loved it. However our table was in direct sun. Go at night or sunset. Or the bar in the shade.
Beautiful views and vibes. I wish they had more flavors to choose from for the mimosas and some desserts options during bruncj
We arrived at our reserved time and ask the waitress how do we check in, she responded sit anywhere and walked away. We didn’t understand when we made reservations we stop her and ask a 2nd time, she checked us in and said, sit anywhere. There were a few people there the tables and seating were just ok, people were walking around everywhere seating anywhere. My group moved 3 times. The food on the menu was NOT IMPRESSIVE AT ALL, basic and not enough to stay! The photos only showed breakfast and a few cocktails.
I will never go back and I will let my group know this as well.
It was phenomenal! Great views and drinks.
The food was really good and the ambiance was very nice. I would recommend and I will be back again
My husband and I spent Father's Day weekend at the AC hotel in downtown Orlando. Upon checkout, we went to the AC lounge for our 11 am reservation for Sunday Brunch. we were greeted by a friendly hostess who promptly sat us down. That was the end of our interaction. Several employees and managers walked around us and never offered water or took our order or even acknowledged our presence. 2 additional employees were cleaning off a few plates at an adjacent table (easily a job for one person) and I asked if we could get some service. The lady indicated that she would get a server for us and about 5 minutes later a server came out and took the order of another family who had just been sat. At this point we had wasted 25 minutes of our morning and so we left with no food and no service
Great experience. The meal was excellent and the live music was a nice touch
Very great brunch spot. I loved that since we had a reservation we were able to walk right in. The French toast I had was great!
Came here for the first time for an anniversary dinner with my boyfriend. Of course the views were amazing and the ambiance was spectacular but it is worth noting that you will hear the bustle of the highway system below. We were able to hold a conversation with one another without yelling and later tuned out the noise of traffic. Instead of ordering entrees, we opted for the starters which were all delicious but the price for the chicken tenders didn’t seem justified, $14 for tenders and potatoes served on a cone shaped cup seemed a little excessive compared to a regular entre (priced around $13-$20). The server was nice but we did have to grab his attention twice to order another round of drinks and to get our check. Overall, we enjoyed our time, the views, and the food but we will definitely be back to celebrate special occasions only.
Ambience was incredible, food was great, but service was a little slow. Overall, definitely recommend checking it out.
Perfect spot for a quick dinner date or brunch with the girls.
At first, they provided a lounge area, but we planned on eating so they put our 5 party at a 4-top.
Food and prices were excellent!
Noise was loud because of live band. Band was very good but we did have to shout to each other in order to hear what we were saying.
Overall my Sunday Brunch experience was adequate to subpar. My first introduction to the AC Sky Bar was a Sunday afternoon enjoying drinks at the bar with Christopher, the bartender. That visit was magical which is why I decided I had to come back to enjoy an actual brunch. Sadly, drinks at the bar were more enjoyable then the actual brunch event. I booked my reservation a month out for a party of 4. Upon arrival we were seated on the side of the Sky bar with no actually view of the city. I waited 4 weeks for a view of the wall or outside bar which was disappointing. They had live music which was so loud I had to yell over the performers cover of Dave Matthews Band in order to talk to my friends or server. Craft cocktails took 10-15 mins to arrive but the bottomless mimosa came swiftly. I ordered warm olives but was given warm croissants because the kitchen wasn't prepared to heat up olives at 1 pm. The food was average in my opinion. I think Keke's has better options/food though the presentation of the food made you think the food was going to be epic.
Overall I do not think I will be going back for brunch but I do suggest giving the inside bar a try. Ask for Christopher! That man can make any drink to perfection! I recommend AC Sky Bar for drinks and ambience.
Excelente experiencia, maravillosa vista.
We had perfect seats to see the city and the lights. It was very beautiful. Such a romantic evening. Only downside was the service. It took a really long time for us to get our drinks and food and also the check. I know it was a busy Friday night and I understand but it would have been nice to have a little more attentiveness.
Simply put ..... Awesome experience
Great experience. Excellent views & food. Nice staff. Will be back again soon.
I took my fiancé to celebrate her birthday. The evening before we had drinks and dinner and it was fabulous. Brunch was totally off due to the server we had. Unfortunately she ruined our mood for brunch and the hotel management comped our entire stay.
I actually felt bad for the hotel having to make things right in such a drastic amount of money; but being shouted at for asking for coffee is a no go anywhere. Her behavior was witnessed by fellow employees and most importantly the guests.
We had Sunday brunch reservations for 11:00am. Service is always really good. Bottomless mimosas for $18 -- good value. Food is ok - not bad but nothing to write home about. Ambience is great - live acoustic music was really good, too. We had a perfectly fun Sunday brunch.
Great ambience but the food was very bland and there was a loud train that kept passing every 10-15 minutes. Go here to enjoy the view and cocktails, nothing else.
It’s so loud being next to i4. Invest in some sound absorbers on the ceiling or on the poles
The atmosphere is everything. Service is awesome,
Mother’s day brunch was amazing. First time here and it was great, my mom was pleased and super happy. Food and service were great.
Love this place. Looking forward to going again
Amazing view and worth visiting to have some drinks . The old fashioned s’mores and smoked Manhattan are great . Food was good but nothing to compare against the ambiance and scenery of expecting a high end meal .Price point is what you expect for a good view so $15 drinks . The outdoor primo is great view and comfortable chairs to watch the sunset .
Had a great time wish the music was a little better
Well, I wanted this place to be amazing and it just wasn't. We went for Sunday Brunch and we ordered unlimited mimosa's but the girl wanted to bring us a premed with lots of OJ in it, mimosa, and us being older we like it like we like it, very little OJ. Well we got that fiqured out then ordered our food, the food was just okay, nothing to write home about and we really could not sit outside because the table were really just for drinking and socializing not eating a full meal. The views from outside are great and I am sure at nigh they are spectacular. I would recommend this place for that.
Amazing venue! Ambiance is spot on! Sax player was good. Food was very underwhelming. Wrong orders came out & no flavor once arrived. Drinks were not very good either. Disappointing considering the potential. We offered our opinions to the management and they seemed to not really care. We may wait a while so they can maybe get their act together.
That patio was pretty hot because they don't have any fans installed. Thankfully clouds came to our rescue. Aside form that the experience was great. Food/Drinks came out quickly and staff were friendly.
Overall everything was outstanding. The food took longer than expected but the server did let us know that the kitchen was busy.
Honestly fantastic! The view is easily the best in downtown Orlando. Started out with the meatball appetizer....delicious! Had the s’mores old fashioned which was new to me but it was a tasty combination for sure. We had a burger and the flat iron steak for dinner and they were both great! Had the chocolate molten cake for dessert and it was also on point. Our server was pretty slammed which meant less water refills and not as many visits for orders and such, but she did what she could! 10/10!!
Love the ambiance however the menu is horrible. No great options for such a nice place
I took my husband and the view, the music and the food was amazing i wish they had more variety of food and drinks but it was amazing
It was a great experience and unbeatable
