   The s vice was very good and the setting was lovely but the food was bang average. We had hummus to start with as a sharer. Wife had salmon which she left most of it and I had Pork which I thought was nice at the time but on reflection it was just ok. (I don’t have pork often so my first thought might have been tainted) it was 4 pieces of pork, a potato crochet and some green beans nothing special.

   I am a big fan of Hazel. Food is fresh and delicious. Staff are kind and friendly. Decor is spotless and inviting. I always go there if I'm meeting a friend for lunch or afternoon tea.

   Bad food, but even worse service. We had to repeatedly ask for drinks, (we also asked for water 3 times which never came). At the end we were sitting in the restaurant for about an hour waiting on the bill. It is Impossible to get a servers attention. I expected excellent food considering the price, but the risotto was undercooked (hard rice). The only positive is the cocktails which were lovely.

   We had the best time at today’s Sunday brunch. 5 females all celebrating a birthday. The food and cocktails were great. Music was also very good but my only complaint would be the music was too loud. Too loud for a Sunday 1pm brunch. We could barely hear ourselves. We did mention to the staff, as others did. And the singer did turn down the volume, for a minute, before it was back up at top volume again.

   On the whole the food was lovely, the gnocchi and Mille Feuille being slightly dissappointing. Service was ok, maybe at times a little slow. I was there with elderly parents who found it a little noisy - I liked the energy and it was a Saturday night. Loved the interior!

    Beautiful restaurant with friendly staff. Service was very professional. Food was good - Caesar salad and the Reuben sandwich. Only real downside was that there was a live singer who was walking up and down which was a bit off-putting.
