Unfortunately, my visit to AC Bar and Lounge was a letdown. The service was slow and unprofessional. We waited far too long for our food, and the waiter had zero patience or courtesy. It felt like good customer service just wasn’t a priority. Disappointing experience overall.

Visited the restaurant for drinks with a friend on Friday night (5/09). Service was absolutely terrible and was kept waiting for drinks. Had one round and left. The hotel was overall great but this one server was terrible beyond words

The food and drinks were great. Service is what you’d expect. Parking situation in Downtown LA is not fun at all. It’s worth trying once.

Not sure if it was because it was a holiday (NYE) but when I went the service was pretty slow. It was hard to identify the servers as they blended in with the guests. We waited an hour and a half for our food which turned out the ticket was never turned in. The server was nice enough to comp the meals, which ended up being very delicious.

It has a great view but that’s about it. Don’t expect much from the food or the service. They barely had customers and it took almost 30 minutes to get a salad and sandwich.
