秋田県最深部奥羽山脈麗の比内町は、すんだ空気と清らかな水に囲まれ、豊かな大地は自然の恵みに溢れています。その環境で育つ秋田比内地鶏とはー　
昭和１７年、天然記念物に指定された比内鶏を一代交配することにより肉質を改良し誕生いたしました。比内地鶏生産部会では、より昔ながらの自然環境に拘っており、平均的なブロイラーの３倍となる１３０日の時間をかけて飼育しています。
あべやでは、その比内地鶏を一羽一羽店内で捌き使用しております。そして ”きりたんぽ鍋” ”比内地鶏焼き鳥” ”比内地鶏親子丼” に加え ”あきたこまち” や秋田の山菜””秋田の銘酒” など秋田の実りを存分に味わって頂きたく各種お料理をご用意しております。

味は普通でしたが、とにかくサービスが酷かったです。ドリンクのおかわりを頼んでも15分くらい待たされました。料理をオーダーした際もとても嫌そうな感じで、何を聞いても返事すらなかったです。ただ頷くだけでした。私が予約をしたお店だったのですが、一緒に行った人達に申し訳ない気持ちになりました。

東京駅直結で利便性がよいと予約しました。秋田のお漬物とか地酒、〆の親子丼も美味しかったです。地酒はワイングラスで出てきました。女性同士でも楽しめます。ただ、とても賑わっていて席が狭かったのが残念です。今度はバーコーナーにも寄ってみたいです。
