What a great experience. Scott was such a good waiter and we loved the food. The desserts were outstanding.
first time at Abbotts, everyones meal was great. Quiet and enjoyable , drinks, appetizers , and dessert
Great Surf & Turf (filet & large lobster tail) and a tasty swordfish steak. I want to try several other items on the menu that look great, too. Abbott's meals are on a par with Russell's in Bothell, although the menu is not quite as extensive. Well worth the drive and price.
I am so happy to have a great Steakhouse in Everett. Small but classy, this place is a gem and just what Everett needed. The food is terrific, it's casual and quiet but great for a date of special occasion as well. I will definitely be back.
Had the chicken/lobster...lobster was way over cooked which was expected but, was hoping not, because chicken takes 4 times longer to cook. Short rib I have a lot and tried my husband's and it was "alright" definitely have had better at a better price. Service was amazing! Wine was fabulous enough we got the bottle and appetizers crab dip was totally amazing!! Over all happy but the price needs to come down some for sure or flavors need increased for the wow in your mouth factor!
My wife and I enjoyed every aspect of Abbott’s. Both the double cut chop and Pasta were great. In fact couldn’t have been better. We highly recommend Abbott’s and we will be back.
This was our second visit to Abbott’s and just as delicious as our first! From appetizer to dessert, it was tye perfect anniversary dinner.
Good food, good service and a great wine list. Definitely a good place for an anniversary or a romantic date night.
The fine dining encompasses the service - the food and the atmosphere. Great attention to detail. We love Abbott's
first time. Nice to find an excellent restaurant walking distance to the theater and other things downtown. Reasonably varied menu with nightly specialties. Food cooked perfectly. will definitely be back.
Great little spot for dinner. Great food, great waitstaff. The chef always has some good specials.
Quaint place tucked into Everett. Very friendly. Small menu but each dish was done right. Very tasty and imaginative cuisine. Reasonable prices for what you get.
Relaxed atmosphere and quiet enough to carry on a conversation.
Very nice setting especially for a special occasion. Food nicely prepared and very tasty.
Every time I've been to Abbott's I have had delicious food and excellent service. The hand crafted cocktails are amazing. The braised short ribs are a must try as well as the scallops appetizer. My girlfriend had the lobster stuffed chicken and it was really good!
It was a wonderful experience. The service was so amazing and the food was top notch. We can't wait to visit again. When they served the steak they asked me to cut into it to make sure it was done exactly how I ordered it. It was cooked to perfection. GREAT SERVICE! 👍
Great food and service. The chicken and lobster dish was excellent, as was the salmon and crab special.
Food was good and staff attentive
The hot crab dip was delicious. The service was excellent. Atmosphere was warm and relaxing on a cold, rainy evening.
I read reviews on several sites and gave this place a shot. I'm looking for a nice restaurant for "Date Night" with my wife and this seemed to fit the bill.
We both had the special of Halibut with a pesto sauce. Both of us are Halibut fans but for some reason this dish just did not have the pzaz that I was anticipating. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad, it just was missing something.
The rest of the meal was very good; Champagne, Calamari, Lobster bisque and dessert.
I will be trying this place again and this time find something on the menu to try.
Fabulous food and service. I will be back. Everyone was friendly and the food superb.
Abbott's is definitely the new special occasion location in Everett. The food is excellent, restaurant quiet, and ambience romantic. I had the beef short ribs, and my wife had the stuffed chicken. Both were excellent, as well as the crab dip we had beforehand. The service was also outstanding. It's not the place you'll go to every week, but when you want to celebrate, it's perfect.
Abbotts is just what Everett needed, a small steakhouse with excellent food and atmosphere. The wait staff was friendly and helpful, the specials were awesome and the food was excellent. I hope Abbotts stays around for a long long time.
Black cod special was amazing. Hidden gem in Everett.
My husband and I had an enjoyable dinner experience on Friday night. Overall, the food was delicious. The only misstep was that I should have upgraded my Steak Oscar from a sirloin steak to a filet mignon, when I was given the option. The sirloin was a bit tough and grisly, although tasty. The sauce on the other hand, was a perfectly done Béarnaise with the crab and asparagus. My husband had the wonderful black cod special. Our server, Scott, was the perfect mix of being friendly and professional. His wine recommendations were right on. We will definitely go to Abbott's again. We're also fans of Buck's, which is owned by the same owner/chef as Abbott's.
Neighborhood friends went for a dinner out. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks! Venue is small but intimate, so able to hold steady conversations :) Will return!
This was our first visit to Abbott's and we were very happy. I love how they have preserved the character of the older building. We started with the Lobster Bisque special, but unfortunately had to send it back because it was way too salty. Which was a bummer, because despite the saltiness, you could taste that the soup would have been delicious without all the salt. The rest of our meal was fantastic. We ordered the Coquilles Saint Jacques (scallops) which were cooked perfectly, followed by the New York Steak au Poivre which was wonderful. The flavors and preparation were spot on. We ended our evening with Chocolate Cake - YUM!
Throughout the evening one thing was very clear, the service at Abbott's is top notch! Our server was attentive, yet discrete. We will definitely be back!
The bread, salad, and dessert was good. However, I ordered Fettuccine Carbonara and it had large pepper chunks in it (and I hate pepper). The menu is too small and it is overpriced. You have to pay extra for salad and a side dish, which pushes the cost up. Although we enjoyed ourselves, we will not return.
First time at Abbott's and will be back....enjoyed the wait people ... ambiance was great for a romantic dinner... food was prepared and served to enhance the experience ... Scott , you were great helping us on deciding on our delicious meal! :)
This was our first to Abbott’s. My wife and I dine out a lot. We consider ourselves foodies and are comfortable paying for fine dinning. We started with a bottle of red wine and a scallop appetizer which was great. My wife ordered the fillet and I had the New York steak. Both entries were prepare as ordered and tasted wonderful. We ended the meal with their seven layer cake with a scoop of ice cream which was terrific and was a perfect ending to a very nice dining experience. The added benefit is that this restaurant was as good as anything you could find in Seattle without the hassle of driving an hour into the city. If you desire a fine dinning experience and can afford the price point, Abbott’s is a must try in Everett.
The best meal we've had in a long time. Well worth the price! I got the Halibut and my husband got a steak. Both meals, along with the sides, where cooked to perfection. We were too full for desert, but the desert menu looked delicious. Will definitely be going back soon.
A wonderful dinner. Scallop appetizer was perfect. Swordfish and filet mignon delicious. Seven layer choclate cake, great. Friendly staff. Looking forward to next visit.
Wonderful Valentines dinner with my wife. She got the steak, i got the lobster. We shared and had Surf and Turf, excellent meal...
We read about this being the most expensive place in Everett and that we should expect to spend $200 for the night. We did spend $200, but that was after a really good bottle of wine and desert. Especially for a special occasion it was not out of line. My wife said she thought her filet mignon was the best meal she has ever had. I get out more. My pepper encrusted New York steak was really great. We will go back but probably only for special occasions.
I understand this is a newer restaurant and our experience was great. Food was great and I liked the cozyness of this place.
We went with friends for our Anniversary and it was wonderful. We picked a very busy night, so the service was a bit slow, lots of other customrers, but we weren't in a hurry. The food was great, good selections and a veriety of prices. Everyone was pleased with their selection. Only one negative comment, we were seated in the back room, very nice, however for a short time someone, the staff, was grinding something behind the curtin close by, and it was very distracting for all of us in that room. It lasted for about 5 miniutes or so and then it stopped. We deffinately will go back again!
The food, ambiance & staff are wonderful. It was a limited Valentine's Day menu but the tenderloin & lobster were well prepared & tasty. Our waitress was great, her name was Tammy. The only drawback was the length of time it took to get our entrée, 45 minutes. I would say that perhaps another week night would have been a better choice.
Had great expectations for this place. It was okay -- not great and not a place we'd go racing back to. My husband's spinach salad was VERY OVERDRESSED! Had at least 1/4 cup of dressing on it... he had to push it all to the side in order to eat it. My wedge salad was advertised to have bay shrimp on it. I had ONE whole one and ONE partial one.
We both had rack of lamb - both of us had ordered it medium rare. My husbands's was fine -- mine was overdone and had to be sent back to the kitchen. I waited at least 15 minutes for another one to arrive. Of course, by then my husband was done with his meal. Given it was Valentine's Day we were being much more lenient in our opinions however the waiter didn't offer me a second drink, or more bread or ANYTHING whilst I waited for my food.
The lamb was okay. It was covered with dijon mustard and parmesan and it rather hid the taste of the meat. It would not be something I would order again.
We hope this place can improve and stay in the neighborhood as this area needs more upscale restaurants. It was very busy for the holiday so hopefully that "buzz" will continue as this place improves their meals and service. We did feel that perhaps Valentine's Evening was not the best time to be judging a newer restaurant ... but not sure we will return.
Scallops were great! New York steak was tough. My wife’s salmon was unremarkable.
After reading the reviews I was excited to have our Valentines dinner date at this location. I was very disappointed in the food, and cost. I don't mind paying more for a meal that taste amazing, but nothing tasted "really" good, or anything I would ever try again for the price we paid. It was all pretty bland and over cooked. I think because of the special night things might have been prepped early on and then heated up for the dinners.
On another note, our waitress was very nice, all the staff was really nice as well, and I loved the atmosphere.
I would like to try it again to see if it is better on a night that isn't a special occasion.
Best dining in Everett area. Over the top quality at reasonable prices. Ambience was excellent.
