ABACUS fuses Golden Era Caribbean swagger with modern day Cayman style, creating an entirely new Lobster & Steakhouse experience. The restaurant, which is located in Seven Mile Beach at Camana Bay neighborhood, serves elevated contemporary twists on modern Seafood & Steakhouse dishes. This includes its namesake: “ALL YOU CAN EAT” Caribbean Lobster Tails featured Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Our Prime Steaks and Seafood paired with our exceptionally curated wine list providing the perfect enhancement to your dining experience.
Owners, Neil Bryington and Markus Mueri have the pleasure with Chef Charith Heman’s accomplished culinary team, along with your Host, Ryan Reed and his experienced team to welcome you to ABACUS, enjoy professional, attentive service in an inviting atmosphere.     The service and accommodation to our food request was excellent. I ordered the seafood risotto. The risotto was under cooked and some of the lobster was overcooked. My friend had the grill seafood and she said it was excellent. I didn’t try the steak.

    We have now been twice for the 'small plates' menu on Saturday lunch time and both times it was fabulous. The selection is excellent and the dishes beautifully presented and very very tasty. All 4 of us enjoyed the variety and I can highly recommend and will certainly be back!

    Everything on the food side was excellent. Unfortunately we were there a night where they were serving a bunch of large tables which seems like something they may do often. For that reason I'm assuming the kitchen was significantly backed up. Appetizers came out and we're tasty probably about 10 minutes after our drinks. Main meals probably took about another 45 minutes to an hour to come out. The food was delicious and the service was great otherwise

    So I’ve been around the world at different restaurants and in a prior life a chef. I just can’t say enough good things about Abacus. The service with Corey, where to start. Just incredible made us feel at home of the bat. The dinner, lobster night: are you kidding me? They were huge and the price was perfect even the drinks. Our server Corey, made a wine recommendation that surpased what was anticipated. Talk about a person that takes their job seriously! That would be Corey. Run don’t walk to the Resturant, after dinning at 4 of the top places in Cayman (including Rupert’s at the ritz) I’d give Abacus a much higher score. Do yourself a favor and go not just for lobster night. Ask for Corey and enjoy the dining experience!

    Always amazing food. We enjoyed Hi-Tide every time we visit on a Saturday night. They are the best in Cayman.

    Bread was delicious, drinks were good, surf and turf was excellent, and Cory was our server and he was awesome . Cory is an asset to this business, ask for him as your server. We most likely would come back .

    The Chilean Sea Bass was out of this world as was the 8 ounce Tenderloin. The Seafood Risotto could have fed the entire table. Everything met our expectations but the key to our evening was the service provided by Cory during the meal and his associate as they tracked down the taxi we used in an effort to retrieve our friend’s glasses and cell phone. Abacus is the BEST!
