My friend and I aren't vegan or vegetarian, but we chose all veggie options and LOVED everything we ate. We especially recommend the mushroom hummus and falafel to share—super flavorful and delicious. The beautiful ambience was definitely a bonus on top of the excellent food!

The place had great service and was an excellent place to eat. I have been to a lot of upscale Mediterranean places before; I have even worked in one.
The only thing is place does not stand out from many of the other places I have been too. The service is great and the food is fine, but to get the full experience make sure you are ready to spend a lot of money! Not a good place to eat on a budget.

Generally up to Lettuce standards, service was great -- they even gave me an emery board from their "wedding kit" to smooth out a snagged fingernail. But the Roasted Root Vegetable Salad -- while very tasty -- was misnamed. I expected multicolored carrots, parsnips, sweet potatoes and such; it was mainly frisee, apples and grapes, with a few tiny dice of [kohlrabi? parsnip?]. And the avocado/fava bean spread could have used more salt.

Really delicious food! Wish we had gone with a larger group so we could sample all of the things. We started with whipped Feta, then octopus and the lamb and beef kefta, and Brussel sprouts and the eggplant wrapped lamb to finish. The only miss in the bunch was the lamb and beef kefta because it was really dry, which I wouldn't expect because they cut the lamb with beef to avoid that. I will say even though the kefta was dry the flavors were spot on. Had it been a juicy bit of meet I would have been over the moon in love with it. The service was impeccable and the cocktail list was very good too. I would definitely recommend this place to friends, and offer to tag along with them.

Loved all the different hummus options! The falafel, hamachi and grilled octopus were all delicious too. Our frozen yogurt dessert was amazing. Yogurt was perfectly sweet and tart and the drizzle of high-quality olive oil along with a sprinkling of flaked salt had us thinking about it all the drive home. Will return to try other items on the menu next time!

I went on a double date here on a Sunday and everything was fantastic. The short rib hummus is a must have and the lamb chops although portioned as a tapa (two chops) were tender and delicious. Overall I enjoyed the experience, but I would keep in mind that being in Fulton Market District this menu is slightly more expensive than typical tapas style restaurants.

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner and had the most amazing experience. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly. The food was delicious. There were so many flavors between the 6 totally unique and equally delectable dishes we got and shared. The vibes of the restaurant were so comfy and beautiful. We would recommend this place in a heartbeat. All around excellent experience!

The food was very salty but we loved the crispy short rib hummus. The lamb chops were so fatty there was barely any meat on there so that was disappointing. Don’t get the shrimp scampi but highly recommend the pita!

Food was delicious, only dish that really stood out for me was the Big Eye Tuna! The basic cocktail menu was pretty boring. We went for my sisters birthday and celebrated her recent engagement and a manager awkwardly walks by to water our table and says “I hear we’re celebrating something” and walks off. That was it..weird, why even acknowledge the occasion? However, our server was lovely and the hosts were very friendly!

We loved our night. Our waitress was very helpful and knew a lot about the menu. We were only slightly unimpressed that some of the cocktails on the menu weren’t being made that we tried to order. Our reso was at 5:15 and we were there till 8pm and felt rushed to get out so they could flip the table. That shouldn’t happen.

Food was pretty tasty, but this place is way overpriced. I’ve heard the patio is great, which we weren’t able to check out because it was too cold, but I probably wouldn’t go back even for that. And the bartender added extra money to my tip. Guess she thought I wouldn’t check my credit card bill. That’s messed up.

The food was amazing. Definitely lived up to the hype and all the positive reviews I had read before coming to Aba. I had also read that service was disappointing here -- some reviews commented on rude or abrupt servers. Our server was not rude but she was REALLY disinterested, just going through the motions. I am surprised this is tolerated at a high caliber restaurant like this.

The food and ambience was great. It took a bit for the waitr to come over after we were seated but then it was smooth sailing. I thought there should have been serving utensils for each dish brought to the table since they are shared dishes. Also no points toward open table...so why book it through this site.

My friend and I went to Aba a few nights ago. I made the reservation a while ago, and we looked forward to seeing what all the hype was about. It didn't disappoint.

Our server, Taylor, was wonderful. She explained everything and made good recommendations. We started with the roasted root vegetable salad, which was every good. The seasoned pita bread was tasty. Next we had the shrimp scampi. It was a bit spicy, but nicely presented. Then we had the lamb chops, which were delicious, and the king salmon, which was totally amazing. My friend said that it was the best salmon she ever ate! For dessert we had the double chocolate cake, and it was fabulous! The portions were not as small as we thought they would be, and we were both satisfied without being stuffed.

The decor is lovely. Unfortunately we didn't see the roof deck because winter has come prematurely, but I've heard that it's very nice. The music is not my first choice, but since we were probably the oldest people in the restaurant, they must cater to the majority. I don't think it was too loud, and we were able to carry on a nice conversation. In fact, we were there for three very pleasant hours. Our wonderful server told us that there was no problem in lingering after dinner.

I look forward to going back and trying some of the dishes that we didn't have, but I will definitely order the salmon again!
