Awesome, as always.
Great food, great service !
This was my first time at Aaron’s table. The food was delicious and the service is outstanding. However, because we got there early, they forgot to mark off with our reservation and then I received an email from OpenTable
Aaron’s was one of our go to spots for a long time. Last time we went the service was terrible. They forgot to put our order in and we actually got our appetizers the same time that someone else sitting next to us was already done with their meal. On top of that my steak came out raw so we did not want to wait anymore so I went home hungry. To their credit they did comp my wife’s meal. A few days ago we said let’s give it another try. For A very slow Sunday night they were still shorthanded. They did their best though to give us good service. My wife did not care for her grouper and barely took a couple of bites. It was not a good piece of fish with a rubbery texture and just did not look very appetizing. I ordered the chicken pot pie which was not a pie at all. It was just a cut out loaf of bread with over cooked chicken, peas, zucchini, and a fast food chicken flavored sauce placed inside. Not worth the price. Very disappointing to say the least.
Starters were the burrata salad and deviled eggs. Burrata salad was ok, the deviled eggs ... thumbs down, completely lacked flavor. 2 of us ordered the The burrata sausage ravioli. For me, that was the highlight and Something I might go back for, but for my other diner who ordered the ravioli, she was unimpressed. The third ordered a burger, it was ok. Will we go back? Unfortunately, probably not.
Good food, great service, nice ambiance. Good location in abacoa. Overall my wife and I had a nice evening.
I’ve always enjoyed this restaurant, but last night’s visit was disappointing. We were rushed into ordering our food, with our server explaining that a large party was expected shortly, and he wanted to be sure our food could be cooked before the large party arrived. I assured our server that we were not in a hurry, and would not be annoyed if a large party caused our food to arrive later than usual (although, seriously, why would one large party put a greater burden on the kitchen than several smaller parties—presumably, the restaurant could handle a capacity evening regardless of whether the capacity consisted of large parties or small ones, no?). In any event, notwithstanding that no large party ever arrived, our main courses were served just a few minutes into our salads, exacerbating the perception that we were being pushed out the door, and resulting in our main courses turning cool by the time we finished our salads. Although last night’s poor treatment would normally cause a two-star rating, I’m giving a rating of three stars largely because of my past great experience at this restaurant, which has me believing last night’s poor treatment was a one-off. Let’s hope so.
Went to Aaron's Table to try them out during the Flavor of Palm Beach. They were one of the more expensive restaurants, at $39, and totally not worth it. The caesar salad was ok, but the flavor of the dressing was off. It didn't taste like a true Caesar. The chicken pot pie was tasty, but it was more (undercooked) bread than chicken, and few vegetables. My friends had the lobster ravioli, which was 3 small raviolis and 2 small pieces of broccoli. The salted caramel cake was good, but barely defrosted. All in all, the food was just not as good as I had expected, based on reviews I had read. It was also very noisy, which detracted from the dining experience. It was a disappointing evening.
Great food and atmosphere
It was a quiet Sunday night. Food was so good. I had the short ribs and the mushroom, asparagus risotto. The portion was tremendous, so lunch for Monday was a no brainer.
Nice, quaint and somewhat dark.
Can’t wait to go back!
We were seated in the bar area, and there were several couples that were obviously a few cups in, who were quite loud. I believe the owner was talking to them, and it sounded like they were friends. It ruined our dinner.
We were given a table near the bar and the noise was excessively loud.
Ahi tuna and Pasta Bolagnaise were superb. Chicken Pot Pie was tasty but lacked sufficient chicken and vegetables. Salads and desserts were great.
The menu is divided into small bites, starters and entrees with a selection of sides. Nice selection of wine. Well made Makers Mark Manhattan. We enjoyed the mussels in an orzo creamy sauce as well as the deviled eggs and pear and goat cheese . Generous portion of goat cheese . Unfortunately the Philippine chicken lumpia we’re sod out by the time we arrived at 6:30! Kind of early to run out of a popular dish . The chicken Milanese was average at best and the Bucatini bolognese was a reasonably sized portion with a somewhat pedestrian sauce. Tasty but not as good as the similar dish at Evo restaurant in Tequesta . Live music was easy on the ears and not loud enough to prohibit dinner conversation. Leafy Greens was the nights entertainment and the female vocalist has a Stevie Nicks type voice. Nice ambience. Excellent service.
Amazing food. Refreshing cocktails. Superb service. Welcoming atmosphere. Will return!!!
Tuna was amazing, service awesome, band was very cool
We made reservations for 6PM Saturday evening and arrived 10 minutes early. We were seated immediately, given water, and menus, but were completely ignored for the next half hour. Others were seated around us and received drinks and appetizers while we waited. We tried to get the attention of our server as well as another one. It was very loud with live music and bar patrons. This is our third visit to Aaron’s. We had lousy service our first visit too, but the food was good, so we wanted to try it again. We had better service on our second visit and the food was just as good. At 6:30PM, we got up and left. I notified the hostess that we were leaving because we had been sitting there for 40 minutes without even a drink order. We ended up at Coolinary Cafe in PBG. They don’t do reservations, so no review here, but DEFINITELY with the wait. It will be a long time, if ever, that we try Aaron’s again.
Outstanding food and service as always. Aaron’s Table is my favorite place for a date, to bring friends who visit, or for happy hour. Highly recommend!
Avacado toast looked and tasted like store bought guacamole. Homemade would be chunkier.
Excellent service and food. Great location
Food is delicious. Service needs a lot of work. Janet was tending the bar and she was phenomenal. However, her amazing attentiveness was unfortunately overshadowed by some other “off the clock” employees pouring drinks behind the bar and bringing them around to the bar. There was also the unpleasant smell of 420 emanating from the kitchen area. This place could be a jewel in Abacoa, as they lack upper-middle price-point establishments, but there needs to be a serious overhaul by management to decide who should be providing the dining experience.
Made a reservation and was seated right away. Server was excellent. Drinks came quickly and good. Had grouper for dinner and it was delicious. Will come again.
The worst restaurant experience I’ve had in years. Several tables left due to food either not coming out or horrible. Waited an hour and 20 minutes to be served and 3 out of 4 meals were terrible. The 4th meal came out not as advertised on the menu. This restaurant needs to figure things out and start from scratch.
Waited 45 minutes to be told a food item was no longer available. Substituted my choice and then waited another half an hour for no food. Asked the Manager about the wait and he was no help. Heard waiter complaining about establishment in bathroom. Horrible service, first time third and now my last. It is a bar not a restaurant. Do not recommend.
There are many things that Aaron's Table has done right. It's a lovely place to have a good meal.
Our server, Frederick, was excellent! As was the food...
Only downside was the volume of the music, which made it a little hard to talk with one another...
We'll definitely go back!
Delish food! Fresh made to order. We had the steamed fresh spinach and sautéed Grouper. Perfectly cooked! The live music by Leafy Greens was fabulous. The clientele were all friendly and it was a very fun night - great food, great service, great music.
Delicious and good service. Nice vibe especially considering it was a Sunday in the middle of Summer and the plaza itself was empty.
There was a live group there performing that was excellent. Only complaint is that we were seated near enough the music that we couldn't carry on a conversation, so a suggestion would be to redirect the speakers a bit as our table was several tables from performance, (so not that close) and the vocals were too loud to speak over.
Also they had a make your own Mimosa bar that many patrons were enjoying that looked delicious!
This is my third time to Aaron’s Kitchen and the only time I’ve stayed to eat. First time we waited for someone to take our order for 15 and then left when no one came to the table. The second time I waited 5 min at the hostess stand and no one came. This time we waited 15 min and no waiter came. I flagged down a bus boy and when the waiter came he said sorry no one told me this was my table. The food was mediocre and over priced. Will not be visiting again.
We were excited to try Aaron's Table but ended up disappointed. Menu is pricey for the location and while the decor is nice, the service didn't match. The pasta dish was nice but the salmon tasted old and/or frozen. We rarely send something back but tried to in this case and the waiter was gone for over 15 minutes. Too bad because the place has potential.
Awesome place! Amazing food! Comfortable and friendly atmosphere! Love it!
Service level was not where it needed to be. Many times having to look for our server.
the food was amazing. the service was great. we enjoyed our time and the cocktails were delightful. fun to watch the waiter torch the bacon
Menu is limited and overpriced. Avocado fries were delicious as a shared appetizer, my scallop dinner was lacking. Scallops were very bland, polenta fries were tough and bland - I went home hungry. My husband was happy with his Bolognese, although again overpriced, and we did enjoy the roasted pear salad which was the best value of the night. Our server was annoying, we asked about Happy Hour and he abruptly told me we were not seated in the right area and walked away. My husband walked up to the bar to clarify Happy Hour and ordered our drinks himself. During our meal our server repeatedly came to table to try to clear dishes while we would be mid conversation or not even finished, it was not busy so turning tables was a problem. His response to every thing was "understood". We will not be returning, to many other quality choices for eating in our area to settle.
Delightful brunch menu, deliciously prepared and live entertainment. Staff is friendly and management very personable and attentive to details. Great spot to enjoy with friends and family.
Our waiter needed additional training. The manager made up for it however.
The music was loud. Food a bit overpriced and our waiter was very inexperienced. I micght try it again.
Went here for the first time with another couple. Pleasantly surprised. Great ambiance. Food was outstanding as were portion sizes. If you like bread, you will need to ask for it; it is baked on-demand. Was delicious. The fish was fresh and flavorful. My husband loved the beef and rice soup. And, the filet mignon and short ribs were also fantastic. Our waiter, Mark, was friendly and attentive. The desserts looked appetizing, although we did not have any. Our friends shared the bread pudding and said it was the best they ever had! We were all very happy we found this restaurant... a new favorite and we highly recommend!
Food & presentation were great. Live music was awesome & fun. Staff, including Aaron himself, were friendly. Will be back.
Great food choices! Delicious. Great service! Looking forward to going back.
It was not a good experience. The service was very slow, dishes were piling up and no one was coming to remove them. We had tuna for an appetizer and it tasted fishy. I got fish for dinner and it was warm and bland. My husband had bolognese and the sauce was not good. For two people the bill was $187.00 and not worth it!
