   I went to celebrate myself alone but I was in a family I felt welcome and care by the service stuff Food tasted sooo good and everything was making my heart smile Shout out to Rubi He took a good care of me 🥂 Definitely will come back again

   I had out of town guests visiting for a week and this was the best meal, and by far, our waiter Rudy and the rest of the staff, provided the best service we received all week! Everything was exceptional but you MUST have pasta! A simple cacio e pepe was the star of the evening, but elegant detail to every dish made everything special. I was surprised that our waiter Rudy, who had waited on me a few weeks ago, recognized me the moment we walked in the door and even remembered my cocktail of choice! He is incredibly knowledgeable and made perfect recommendations on the food and the wine list. We came for the view, but I will return for the service.... and pasta!

   Absolutely Terrible! Freezing Cold, Disgusting Food, and the Rudest Staff! From the moment we arrived, the service was terrible. We waited over an hour and 15 minutes for our food, while other guests—who arrived much later—were served before us. The staff was rude and disrespectful, making us feel like we weren’t valued as customers. When we decided to take our dessert to go, the waiter immediately turned to a coworker and started mocking us, questioning why we wanted it packed up. The level of unprofessionalism was beyond frustrating. While the restaurant is supposed to have a nice view, the igloos they seat you in completely block it, making it feel pointless. On top of that, the waiters kept leaving the igloo door open, making it freezing cold inside. Instead of a comfortable dining experience, we were left shivering the entire time. When our food finally arrived, it was a complete disaster. My girlfriend’s fish was ice cold, and my steak was served on a plate completely drenched in meat juice and oil, making it unappetizing and poorly presented. On top of that, the steak itself looked and tasted microwaved, like no real effort was put into cooking it properly. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my steak, which is absolutely disgusting. The food was not just poorly prepared it was completely inedible and lacked any seasoning. To top it off, when we finally got our dessert to go, it was shoved into a container so carelessly that it looked like someone had smashed it with their fist before handing it to us. It was clear that the staff didn’t care at all about our experience. The way we were treated compared to other guests made it obvious that we were not given the same level of service. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Between the rude staff, freezing cold seating, inedible food, and complete lack of respect for customers, I strongly urge anyone considering this place to stay far away. There are plenty of alternatives

   I had an incredible dining experience at A to Z Rooftop with a panoramic view! The food was fresh and flavorful. The waiter was attentive and providing excellent service. The relaxed atmosphere added to the charm, making it the perfect spot for both a special night out or a casual dinner with friends. I highly recommend it for both the exceptional food and views!

    I booked an outside table a month prior to our visit and asked whether this was advisable due to the weather on several occasions with no response. I did get three texts asking to confirm my booking ,still no response to my question. I felt that we were accommodated but not really welcomed and advised to sit indoors even though other customers arrived after us and were immediately seated outside! Even though they did not have a reservation. Had we been seated outside we may have stayed longer due to the New Year’s Eve celebrations. Very disappointed with the attitude of the restaurant and staff. Then we felt pushed out with no coffee and the tables were made into a bar next to us, ready for drinking clientele.
