A-Soshel is back with a brand new concept! Starting July 8th, Executive Chef Justin Vargas will be bringing you weekly bespoke menus in collaboration with Mixologist Jared Steffen. Fresh ingredients, fresh ideas, and a welcome back to the innovation that you've grown to expect from our family of restaurants.

Every Thursday-Saturday, you'll be greeted with new limited food & cocktail menus that will make you rethink what a restaurant can be. No rules. High standards. An open world of possibilities. All we ask of our guests is to have an open mind and let our team take the wheel.

The sockeye salmon was not at all fresh. Smelled and tasted old.

My only complaint was that the experience was too fast! We were in and out with app, drinks and dinner in under an hour ;-) Would have liked to have felt less rushed. Staff was great though
