   A Modo Mio has been long awaited and is a real gift to the neighborshood with its good food, warm atmosphere and service with a smile. We've eaten there three times now and been served by Lillian each time; there cannot be a better server in northern Virginia. A Modo Mio's food is not only good but plentiful. The portions are enormous. The pizza is superb, the best we've found in this area and the Tiramisu likewise is terrific. However, the pasta is blander than we like; for example, the spaghetti al mare -- full of shell fish -- would benefit from some red pepper flakes to give it more flavor. We've lived seven years in Roma and are probably more critical than most Americans but we will be returning again and again. Complimenti to Rosario and company!

   Delicious food and good value, especially on Tuesdays when pasta dishes are half off. Our server was very attentive as well. The aromas from the kitchen are fabulous and I love the salmon pasta.

   First experience at Modo. Based strictly on "Comments" posted we decided to dine here on a Sunday evening. We asked to sit outside as the weather was delightful! Overall experience was delightful. Easily could have been 5☆ other than the need to request things more than once ...... like lemons and ice for our Peligrino water. Our salad and individual pizzas were excellent. Would definitely both recommend and return.

    I tried the muscles, the burrata, and Bolognese, Pizza, gnocchi. Food is sooooooooo delicious 😋 clean fresh ingredients. Cooked to perfection. Service is second to none. Makes you feel like family. Looking forward eating good food at a modo Mio!! Server was on point food came out and the timely manner again the food is beyond delicious you guys should stop by and try their food fresh it's organic it's delicious thank you so much for a great experience looking forward to spend my next visit at a modo Mio!!

    Good food and service - but I was taken aback by the table next to us having a small dog that was sitting on someone’s lap. And the dog was petted and fed (from the table) while we were eating dinner. While I appreciate allowing service dogs in, I would strongly suggest not sitting them at one of the tables that is extremely close to others - it was like the dog was also sitting at our table.

    Very solid Italian place. Not super fancy, just very traditional meals. Maybe a bit pricy for what you get but all in all a great meal. We had Caesar salad, seafood pasta, gnocchi and a pizza. Everything was great. And dessert was delicious (cannoli and a custard). Server was wonderful. Owner was very friendly. Definitely coming back.

    Best place to have a nice dinner love the atmosphere, services, etc is one of the authentic Italian food. The food are so good and the sauce of the pizza is so fresh, everything we try was delicious. From the owners to the all employees they are so nice people. Love our waitress rasoul always check on us same as everyone. We are from FL and we recommend 100% this restaurant you will not regret if you want to try a authentic original Italian pizza or pasta this is your places.     Nice spot to grab a pizza with the bonus of easy parking. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals, and the service was good. My husband did think the canned mushrooms in the house salad could have been left off. They are an odd addition to a fresh salad, but that’s just preference and easy to remove/leave out next time. I do enjoy a more traditional Neapolitan-style pizza, so I was excited when it arrived ant the table, and it was quite good. Grazie mille. Ci Tourneremo, sicuramente!

    Our group of 7 wanted a quiet place on a Monday early afternoon with adequate parking, good food at a fair price, and friendly staff who would not rush us. A Modo Mia exceeded our expectations on all counts. Food is Italian, tasty, and very reasonably priced.

    The Arlington and the 4 formaggi pizza were excellent. The crust was perfect and the ingredients were fresh and plentiful. The spaghetti del mare was great as well. lots of fresh seafood with a perfect sauce to compliment it. We also had the carpaccio di salmone which was awesome and is a dish you can't find in many restaurants. The salmon was fresh and the accompaniments just enhanced the flavor. The service was attentive and responsive to all our requests. Overall a great neighborhood restaurant!

    We weren’t very hungry, so we split a Caesar salad, lasagna and tiramisu, keeping our dinner well under $50. All the dishes were excellent, service very attentive. We sat outside on a warm evening. May try indoor dining next time. Great family and neighborhood restaurant.
