It didn't matter this time because we observe "dry January", but we were given the wine menu and never asked if we wanted a drink. We then ordered hors doerves and and were never asked if we wanted an entree (we had to ask if we could order our dinner). Very odd, although our waiter was very personable. Food was very good although I did not care for the fried calamari. It seemed undercooked and served with a weird sweet relish. The Caeser salad and pasta were very good though. Very large portions and we took half of it home. Would have liked some bread or something for the table. Also, it was extremely cold outside, and the high ceilings and glass windows did not help. I was wearing 2 sweaters and it was uncomfortably cold, especially when the front door was opened. I would go back again, but maybe wait until the warmer weather.
Services was great and timely
Amazing. Our server was so knowledgeable and was always there when we needed. Food was outstanding and prices weren't too high. We will be back!
As always, amazing meal…amazing service!!
First time. Amazing food!!
The bartender McKenzie was attentive & made a great cocktail. The food was amazing... & I appreciated that they were accommodating about switching out a high carb side with a side of Rappini... thank you!
Our waiter Pete was wonderful. The only critique was that it was very drafty in the corner table.. by the safe. It was quite noticeable to everyone.
We sampled a variety of dishes we were considering for a retirement party at A Mano - loved them all! The roasted octopus was my favorite. Our server, Nicky (forgive me if I've misspelled it), was cordial and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
A Mano has created a safe space for dining during Covid —tables are comfortably distanced. Food was fresh and delicious. Excellent bartender—my mother likes a Brand Alexander in the winter and he made an excellent one. We had a range of entrees—seafood, chicken and pasta and all were well executed. Service was welcoming and attentive.
Excellent food , bar service mildly slow. Would recommend music for environment
Love the food here! Excellent service. We had an amazing time and we will be back again!
Amazing place excellent food great service
Our server was fantastic but the food was just okay. Ziti was undercooked and the sauce tasted like spaghetti o’s
Great food and atmosphere! Everything is homemade. Wonderful service.
Wonderful find. Had not known of this restaurant. Food was great, melted in your mouth. Service was wonderful. Our waiter was fun and informative. Helped us pick a wonderful wine to accompany our dinner and made sure we were served in a manner so that we had time to get to the theater after
Tremendously enjoyed my birthday dinner last night! It was the first time having dinner at A Mano Kitchen and Bar. The atmosphere was elegant but unpretentious. The food, from wood-fired pepperoni pizza to the homemade bread basket (really loved the crispy thin cheese cracker-recipe please?) to my seared scallops with cauliflower puree (so creamy) was just outstanding. Family had Chicken Milanese(perfectly paired with crispy prosciutto and greens) and homemade parpadelle pasta in bolognese sauce, perfectly balanced)! Looking forward to coming again. The service and timing was perfect. Bravo!
The chicken Milanese and the hand made ziti and chicken sausage were outstanding! The winter salad special was delicious and large enough for two.
The home made tiramisu stole the show with excellent expresso.
Pear martini tasty and unique and the service was stellar!!!!
We’ll be back for sure,
Excellent food. Lights could have been dimmer for a nice dinner mood. Overall one of my favorite places in Syracuse
Best fine dining, most consistent, homemade and delicious in Central New York. I can't wait to return!!
Good was great and service excellent and well timed.
The food is always wonderful here — the chef sent out a “gift” of delicious meatballs!
Perfect Saturday evening dinner out with friends! Wonderful experience with the staff from start to finish with the host, bartenders, and our waiter. The food was delicious! And the specialty cocktails were yummy too!
So good, that my fianceè and I went there for dinner on consecutive nights while we were in town for a convention. 👍🏼
Amazing service and food. Highly recommend the charcuterie board. This was our first time and we will be back again!
The Chicken was exceptional as well as all starters. This is one of my favorite restaurants
Mike is a really fun and knowledgeable server. A Mano is the closest you can get to authentic modern Italian cuisine north of NYC. This is a special place with amazing food.
Great meal for our son’s birthday celebration! The service was great and loved the pizza’s and pastas.
We really enjoyed our family dinner and every dish was delicious. Appetizers were a specialty pizza, cauliflower fritti, and calamare and all were delicious. Pork Milanese Scallops, chicken, pasta bolognese and linguini with clam sauce were the mains--again all delicious. Zeppoli and a peanut butter chocolate lava cakes ended the meal. Zeppoli order is big, so you'd want to share. Service was great, too.
This is our favorite restaurant in Syracuse! My wife and I love it here!
This was out second visit to A Mano and we were not disappointed. Both service and food were great. Tables are well spaced and we felt safe eating indoors.
Amazing food, outstanding service! Our server and staff went about and beyond to help us celebrate a milestone birthday! Always love everything about A Mano. Can’t wait to go back again.
Spectacular restaurant. Our second time here and we will be back on our next trip to Syracuse.
A little pricey but well worth it! The service was top notch and the food was delicious!
Dinner before Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Great time and wonderful experience - app, wine, dinner, dessert. Waitress (Nicky) was great and attentive to our schedule! So nice to get out and experience some normalcy!!
Our waiter was amazing and I can't say enough about the bread basket, delicious crackers and foccacia!!! Pasta special was fabulous too! Too full for dessert so maybe next time :)
Unfortunetly the kitchen was running out of every entree. I understand supply chains, and profit/loss margins in the restaurant bus, but if you are going to offer a dinner menu, then please have food in stock. If not, clearly post/tweet/insta/FB/or simply inform at the time of the reservation, we only have a limited menu.
Great food , Great staff, great selection of food , wine and all alcohol. I took 3 customers that have never been to A Manos. Loved every bit ( bite) of the restaurant. Anthony came over to say hello. Alex(chef) and fiancée ( chef and dessert extraordinare) are the best around. Love the family run business
New Fall menu is delicious! Mike, our server, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and wine. We took our time enjoying each course; and never felt rushed. We highly recommend this wonderful Italian restaurant.
Service was impeccable. Friendly without being obsequious; attentive and efficient.
Staff was super friendly. My halibut was overcooked but my salad and wine were excellent. Parking is tough with the street torn up right now.
