The food was very salty, and not flavorful. Steak had a lot of grizzle. Not a good value for the price. Service staff was considerate and tried to make the poor food quality better. We will not ever go back - even with the nice atmosphere.

The Drover is definitely worth visiting. Great location and nice decor befitting Mule Alley. We had brunch at 97 West and we enjoyed it. Our server, Kristi, was fantastic. The food was okay with the exception of the bacon. We found it "tough". Honestly, the Drover is a nice addition to the stockyards, but 97 West seemed like most hotel coffee shops, okay, but unremarkable.

The food was very good. We had the fried green tomatoes and the crab dip for appetizers. The mushroom pasta was amazing. The ribeye and the prime ribs were cooked to perfection. Our waitress was very attentive and personable. We look forward to our next visit.

Food was great! We had steak that was tender and very flavorful. The waiter was very attentive and checked on us often. We were there on a Tuesday night, and it was about 70% full. The food took forever to get. It was over an hour after we placed our order to get our food.

Good service and atmosphere. I really enjoy that area of the stockyards. The food was definitely not worth the price. Chicken Fried steak was overcooked and more like jerky. Filet mignon with lump lobster was very dry and no flavor.

Added a late (9pm) meal to our overnight at the Hotel Drover, and we were not disappointed! Menu was creative and diverse, with a little bit of everything. Our server, Wilson, was phenomenal! His knowledge of the wine pairings with dishes very much met our needs, and when he saw it was our anniversary, showed-up with champagne. Book a reservation, whether you’re staying at the Drover or not - you won’t regret it!
