94 West Ratings and Reviews
Went to this restaurant for New Year’s eve dinner and was disappointed . The previous year they had a special menu but this year they did not ; all they had was their regular menu with just two special entrées for the night. The seating was in the bar area and not the regular part of the restaurant as the regular part of the restaurant was being used for large parties. The waitress was very friendly and service was very good. The food was just so so and overpriced for what was given.
Came out for NYE dinner; the only thing I didn't like was there was a limited menu for that evening; nothing was noted about this on website & that is something you might want to consider so people know. Other than that everything was great! Food was excellent!!
I came on New Year's Eve with some friends for the Brunch. Although it was cancelled because of the holiday, we had a wonderful meal and a spectacular waiter named Sal. He started us off with peach moscato which was the best I've ever had then I tried the seafood pasta as recommended by Sal and it was marvelous! One of my friends tried the trio and the other tried the tilapia. Both were excellent as well. I look forward to returning again to visit our friend Sal.
94 West A nice place for dinner.
We were there the Saturday before Christmas at 6:00 and the place was almost empty.
This was the second time we had gone there and the same thing, not much business at that hour.
The decor is dated, more like a banquet hall than a restaurant.
We had the Salmon. The Salmon was done perfectly. The salads were typical greek restaurant quality, nothing to write home about.
The Martini's were excellent. Try the Watermelon one!
The server was very attentive and we never had to ask for water.
The ambiance was lacking, which did not enhance the dining experience.
We had a drink at the bar after dinner. The bartender was engaging and there was a karaoke singer. Too bad we were two of only eight people in the bar for his performance. Still, he sang as if there was a packed house.
We plan on going again. You can see there trying. And as I said, very good service.
Was disappointed to watch and listen to how the male host was being spoken to [we think by the manager] as we were about to be seated. It sounded very belittling and humiliating. The manager kept asking over and over "who is next, who is next". If we as the customer couldn't understand where he was going with his line of questioning, how could the employee whom he was talking to understand? It was not handled well. The restaurant was very well decorated with Xmas decor, and wait staff and bus staff were well-uniformed. The hostess that was working that evening should not have been allowed to wear what she was wearing which was tight jeans, boots and a lace top. You should have your host/hostess match the decor and ambiance of the restaurant. Even an all-black dressier outfit would be a welcoming sight for customers as we walk through that door.
The Oysters were wonderful. I ordered the Sea Bass, and was disappointed for the price, it was a small filet. Normally I get the whole fish.
The restaurant is nice, very attractive decor. The food is good, but I have had better and at more reasonable prices.
Three of us went here for dinner one night (treated one for her birthday). I picked this restaurant on Open Table because I like to go to places I've never been before. The location is great with adequate parking and handicap accessible. The hostess/host for polite and accommodating. We were seated rather quickly (at our reservation time) I LOVED THAT!! The waiter was very attentive. The drinks were DA BOMB!! I had the Pineapple Upside Down Cake Martini. He atmosphere was interchangeable. I say that because it was great for a group, a couple, kid friendly, seniors, romance, fun, etc. And then there was the food! FREAKIN' AMAZING!! MOUTHWATERING!! It was so good, we went back two days later and brought more people with us. My love ate so may crab legs at the brunch I though we could go into shock! LOL
I have been telling everyone I know about this place! Definitely going back!!
Our visit was to celebrate my husband and I 13th year Anniversary. The hostest Kristen and our server Cory was absolutely amazing. They provided great costomer servise and conversation. They each provide great recommendation as this was our 1st time dinning at 94West. Great Food and people.
Service was mediocre. After we were seated it was a very long time before we seen our server. However once she did come by and take our drink order, and bring them out...she never came back to our table to check on us. For a brunch buffet there was not a great selection of food to choose from. There was the basics waffles eggs, omelettes, bacon, sausage. There were a few other choices but nothing unique, or worth coming back to this restaurant for. What caught our eye on the menu was the crab legs. However they were extremely bland. Only great item was the waffles. Needless to say we will not be coming back for an overpriced bland meal with terrible service at this restaurant.
I've heard great things about 94 West but I must admit I was a little bit disappointed. The food was the good but not the best. I think it was the day I went, which was a Sunday night. I heard the Sunday brunch was delicious, the next time I attend it will be for the brunch.
Went early with little kids thinking we could get in and out and we were there 2hrs! It was fairly empty when we arrived and started to fill in as we dined but wasn’t super busy by any means to warrant taking 1.5hr to get a couple salads and a sandwiches on the table. The food was just okay.
Excellent customer service... Great atmosphere... and wonderful food!
From having the door held opened as I entered and holding a very pleasant conversation with the hostess, to the recommendations and service given by our waiter...the lunch menu was very reasonably priced, and the quality, presentation and taste of the food was excellent. Highly recommended!
