We made a reservation through Open Table, but they had no idea we were coming. We were the only customers, but our food took forever. While some food came out great, many of our groups' orders were wrong. It seemed like it was our waitress' first day with no other employees in sight. We won't be back.

Wait staff was not familiar with the menu, either they brought out the wrong food (salad) or the food was missing something listed in the menu (e.g. hot sauce for buffalo wings; grilled ciabatta bread with Caesar salad). Food was not served with advertised 'house made' potato chips unless you consider store bought chips (e.g. Lays) from the bottom of a bag house made. Restaurant was a ghost town with us being the only diners between 5 - 6:30pm on a Friday night and the food was average at best.

Dinner out before a show at PPL center. Everything was wonderful! The entire staff was attentive, asking us many times what they could do and if there was anything we needed. It was also my friends birthday, and I mentioned it as a joke. Our waiter (Jeremiah) was kind enough to bring a complimentary dessert! It was an enjoyable evening, and would definitely recommend it! Thanks!

Even though we made a reservation at open table when we got there they were not accepting our reservation they only had a bar open which we were not interested in the bar no one asked us anything no one came to us there was no service at all . As we were leaving we say a young lady who was outside smoking a cigarette, I assume she was on break.. She asked us what was wrong and we told her we had reservations and no one was there to take care of her see this or anything and she replied that they don't take reservations at the time we selected they stop serving food at 10 PM and that we should go to Woody's or Chickies and Pete's. We said thank you and left. I am not even interested in dining there again or attempt to dine there .

Do not go to this restaurant before a concert. They could not deal with the few tables they had in a timely manner. A salad took over an hour. The rest of the food never came out. Walked out without having dinner.

The server Dev was phenomenal. And then took off $25 off our total bill because it was our first time there! Will absolutely return!
