    Didn’t like that charged for everything. If you wanted to change a side there was an upcharge. I don’t understand why if I’m not getting one side why am I paying extra to choose another.

    I had a really great experience here. The only thing that wasn’t pleasant was the pork chop I had but the manager went above and beyond to accommodate me and I really appreciated that. I definitely will be back.

    Server amazing. Views amazing. Food delicious. My only problem is what is the point of setting a reservation if I’m going to have to wait an hour later without any type of compensation for the time. May go again. The wait was the only issue

    This is a place to go for location only, but not for a good value of the food nor the food itself. The food is expensive and the portions are very small. We were hungry 2 hours later after eating the $44 duck. It is very noise so it was heard to hear the conversation at the table. And it was very warm. We sat inside but it felt like we were sitting outside.

    This was our second dining experience at 9 Mile. The food and drinks are very good, however, the service is not so good, very impersonal. We were a party of six, our drinks and food came out staggered, not at the same time; our server only checked on us once, we were almost done with our meal; we had to ask another server for water refills and additional drinks. We could see our server standing around. Also, I was totally turned off by the dirty glass doors upon entering the restaurant and the doors leading to the outdoor seating area.

    Great Experience! Customer Service was excellent! The food was ok. It needed alittle more seasoning. A little overpriced, but the experience was worth it.
