   For a restaurant that’s so difficult to make a reservation at, I was very underwhelmed by the experience. Signing waivers before checking in, wristbands, waiting in line for elevator, being escorted to a freight elevator inside the market to access the restaurant on the roof like it’s Tower of Terror at Disney..lots of bells and whistles for a restaurant that’s trying to act more like a ride than a meal. It appeared to be a massive inconvenience to the hostess to switch tables to one that was out of the sun, even though there were multiple empty ones when we arrived. Hostess said they can’t move you to another table bc they’re all “reserved”, but everyone coming in has a reservation so…manager has to come out to accommodate. Food was nothing outstanding and a bit overpriced for what it was. Our server was lovely though and made up for what the restaurant as a whole was lacking. If you’re in town for a short time, there are other options for a rooftop view of the city that don’t involve all of the hassle.

   I enjoyed my experience as usual, the food wasn’t as great as last year. Very over priced for the scarce selection. The Mac and cheese should be removed completely from the menu. There was no effort put into it. Noodles and sauce.

   Great choice for my daughter’s graduation dinner celebration. Service and food was great, good atmosphere good outdoor vibe on the rooftop. Parking and finding the location of the restaurant on the other hand was very frustrating, but once inside everything was great! I will definitely be back!🙂

   Can’t beat the views from Ponce city market. Coupled with fantastic bites from 9 mile station and excellent service, it made for a great date night! I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and the Mezcal mixer. Dining outside was unbeatable!

   I took my team here for a celebration dinner. The team in the kiosk downstairs needs some kind of service training. I think they arrive at 5pm? We had a 5:15pm reservation, so we arrived at 5:05pm, no one was ready so they ignored us while they got everything ready. She then had us sign the waivers and we waited, waited with no further instruction until we asked. We were told to stand at the elevator and someone would be down. 10 minutes later, no elevator. So we called the restaurant, the hostess said the restaurant was not busy and we were not in jeopardy of losing the reservation but that was not the point, we were waiting. The manager Malik finally sent her down to get us and bring us up a seperate elevator and we were finally seated at 5:25pm. No apology was offered. Not the best start to the dinner. Then we met Elaina, I believe that was her name, who was still in training but came over with the biggest smile and most infectious energy that we had almost forgot about our welcome experience. You would have thought she had been working there, she was knowledgeable, no issues with the order, she followed up, bussed the tables, offered suggestions, anything we could ask for. Shoutout to her trainer who stood by her side the entire time. I did not get the trainers name but you can tell she was great support for this new employee. Have the trainer and the new girl train everyone else. They saved the day for 9 Mile yesterday.

    We waited about 35-40 min after our reservation time. However, the manager made up for it and our server Maddox was AMAZING. Maddox was very attentive and made sure we were the entire time. I also loved how he interacted with my kids. The food was very good. Thank you to team at 9 mile Station for the enjoyable experience.
