Enjoy choosing from six private and fully enclosed igloos, all with a unique theme. Each igloo has a small heater for your comfort, but WE SUGGEST YOU BUNDLE UP if it's cold! Igloos seat up to 8 people.
Reservations are available daily following the below times & food & beverage minimums.
Sunday - Wednesday
5:00 pm - 6:45 pm - $200 minimum spend
7:00 pm - 9:45 pm - $400 minimum spend
Thursday - Saturday
5:00 pm - 6:45 pm - $300 minimum spend
7:00 pm - 10:45 pm - $500 minimum spend
These times are based on a maximum of a 2.5 hour dine time.

Went for a bachelor part and booked an igloo. Great time and balance of interacting with crowd and privacy. Overall good food and drinks and good service.

Came to town for a weekend getaway and decided we would all get an igloo at 8Up. Drinks were great, but slow service considering there weren't many people there. We were worried about meeting the $300 minimum spend (it was happy hour when we attended and the drinks were cheap), so we decided to order the 32oz creekstone long bone tomahawk ribeye as a carryout item as our igloo time limit was almost up. Our server told us that it should feed 4-6 people. We paid our bill and took our carry out items to go. Upon returning to our AirBNB, we realized that the steak was nowhere near 32 oz. and could probably only feed 2-3 people.
Called the manager up on the phone and sent him a photo of the steak and he said it was unacceptable and would refund us for the steak. Our server also never told us gratuity was already included (there were system issues splitting up the bill so nobody ever saw the actual check until afterwards and didn't realize there was already a 20% tip included within the total). Our server never mentioned it and it doesn't say gratuity would be included with the igloo on the website. We all tipped additionally on top of that. With the steak getting taken off of our bill, our server walked away with an ~70% tip. Nice guy, but we feel like we got robbed.
It was Valentine’s Day dinner for my wife and I. They were out of all the entrées at 6o’clock in the evening.
I’m just not used to having to eat whatever the kitchen had left over at a finer restaurant.
It did not help the experience took 2 1/2 hours.
I would not consider this a place to go back to dinner it is atmosphere and a place for drinks which they were also out- The first two wine glasses my wife tried to order were both out as well.
It really seemed like they were having a massive inventory issue and perhaps needed to just cancel peoples reservations for the night.
I reserved the Igloo at 9:30.
We were somewhat rushed because of COVID and it was difficult to spend $500.
Took a group for Valentine’s Day and had an igloo. Service (Tambo) was so so. We had to open our own bottles which seemed a little bizarre. He wasn’t super friendly.
They were out of steaks, which seemed odd also. For the $500 minimum we had to spend to have the igloo, it just wasn’t worth it. Better service and more menu options would have made it a far more superior experience. The igloos are neat and could be made to be excellent with minimal additional effort by the restaurant.
We booked one of the igloos for after our wedding. It couldn’t have been more perfect. It was fun, warm, and the staff and food were wonderful.

Our party of four had dinner on a cold and rainy night in one of their igloos. This is a great concept, but execution leaves much to be desired. If they could get heaters that put out a bit more heat, that would help. Our server did bring a couple of blankets, to keep us more warm.
But besides the atmosphere, the food and server were great. We had a starter of brussel sprouts that were out of this world delicious. Not a bitter one in the bunch and so flavorful! We also had fries as a starter and one of us had them with their burger meal, and again, very good! The seasoning was perfect!
Our companions had wings and a burger, that they both said were good. My husband and I had the tomahawk ribeye. I like steak, but ribeyes are not my go-to cut. But this was the most tender and melt-in-your-mouth steak I've ever eaten. While it is a 32oz, a lot of that is the bone, so this was a good size for 2 of us. It may be good for 3, but I don't see it being able to share more than that as an entree.
We also had champagne, drinks and dessert, but the stars of the night were the apps and entrees.
Our server was nice and brought us anything we needed, and very gracious when we told her we broke one of their champagne glasses.
We'll go again when the weather is warmer and we can dine outside at their regular tables.

This was hands down the best dining experience I have ever experienced.
The Igloo was barely decorated and didn’t look like what we seen online. The server was amazing! The food was just ok for the price and same with the drinks.
We had a blast celebrating my friend's 50th birthday in our igloo which contained a small "fireplace heater", couch, six chairs and a "winter wonderland" theme. While waiting for our drinks we wandered over to the other igloos which were adorable. The chicken wings were delicious and the steaks were tender. Ample room, warm and it was a unique way to celebrate. We will return! We will ask for the Las Vegas igloo next time.
It was our daughter’s 12th birthday, and we anticipated a magical rooftop dining experience. We agreed to the $200 minimum charge and hold on our credit card reasoning that a fancy restaurant with a good wine list would make such an expense easy to come to. When we arrived we were the only party that we saw in the restaurant. We were led to an empty igloo with Disney’s Frozen decorations, which seemed odd since we hadn’t mentioned there was a child in our party. Because there was no table or table service we assumed it was a waiting area. When the waitress appeared we asked her about this, and she told us this is where we would be dining. On a coffee table.
We rolled with it and ordered a bottled of wine from the extremely limited list. The best option was a Chianti, which we were surprised by as it’s not typically an upscale selection. As the waitress was uncorking it she casually mentioned that they were on limited menu as they were getting ready to switch it out and that the only food selections available were those on the bar menu.
Honestly there was no way we could spend $200 on Chianti, flatbread pizzas, and chicken wings. We politely excused ourselves and left.
This restaurant is not what it was billed to be, and it was the only reason we even stayed in that hotel. It didn’t ruin our whole night but almost. We are a serviceable meal of hot chicken and baked potatoes at a bar around the corner and has better drinks than we could have done at 8up. Would never return.
8 UP is a beautiful setting with many igloo theme backdrops. The service was excellent maybe due to the lack of guest during a weekday evening. We were not impressed by the menu selections or food quality for the prices offered. We both wouldn’t mind coming back with friends, 4 in the igloo would be comfortable but 8 (maximum capacity) would be a bit crowded.
The food was absolutely amazing. The quality matched the price if not more. We wished the drinks weren’t as strong but other than that it was fantastic. The music was great, the services was magnificent. Rebeka was the best server any of us could have asked for and if you can sit in her section you are lucky. We wish the heater was a bit stronger. For sure would go back for a date night. A prefect New Years experience.
We wanted to do something special for Christmas and thought the igloo would be great. In theory it sounded cool, but in reality it was freezing and there was only one small heater and was not nearly enough to make it comfortable. They were not prepared to have any menu set up for kids, and that was a problem. Although my children ended up having a good time, it was a frustrating experience for my wife and I, especially on Christmas.
The experience was overall great. My main complaint was that I was put in an igloo that had high chairs, yet the table for the food was pretty low. That would’ve made it awkward to eat my meal. Fortunately our waitress was able to transfer us to another igloo with appropriate height chairs. Please address this issue as I’m sure I’m not the only one who was annoyed by this. If I’m going to spend more than $400 on a meal I expect you guys to address glaring issues such as this.
We were very happy with our food and service. Our igloo was decorated very cute and cozy. But, we sat in high, plastic chairs which weren't comfortable with our very low coffee table for eating and drinking. We noticed that other igloos had couches, etc. And we had "igloo envy."

Cheap decorations. Very small and limited menu. Orders came out cold. Some drinks never got served. No heater in our igloo.
My boyfriend and I were in town from Chicago for a long weekend. Our first dinner was in an igloo here and it was stunning! Service was excellent. Drinks amazing. Will be back
My family and I had amazing service by our server, Devin. Not only did he provide us with recommendations on the best drinks to get, but he engaged us into friendly conversation. The atmosphere of our igloo was so beautiful and cozy.
This was such a cool way to get to be with a group of people and be outside especially with Covid!! Very cool experience, highly recommend.

Amazing ambiance. Very expensive. The food was okay. Not great just okay. The alcoholic beverage I got was delicious. Customer service was the best!!!! Every single person we encountered was amazing! We will definitely go back.
It was an experience that created memories for a lifetime
6 of us dined in the globe area which was well put together but a bit of a tight squeeze and awkward way to eat food in high seating on a low top table the food was remarkable but for the price you would expect to sit in a way that it could be enjoyed in its entirety. I wouldn’t recommend a group of 8 like they say the Globe will fit, it’s just not feasible if you’re looking for a comfortable seating arrangement to enjoy food.. the experience none the less was worth the trip I would suggest maybe going with just a loved one or A friend to truly enjoy the experience of the Globe dining itself but then that’s puts a hefty price tag on just two people depending on the day Of the week etc.
All in all the food was great which made it worth it.
the Globe was something different to experience which made it enjoyable with something unique. The seating could make you feel a bit cramped And claustrophobic if you go with more than 4 people. I would go back but just for regular dining.
We were moved once because the 1st igloo had no heat. The waiter did a horrible job at keeping us informed on when the kitchen closed and bar closed... he literally brought us water and never came back until 10 before the kitchen and bar closed rushing us to order. Once we received our food everything was going good until the lights in the igloo shut off. The waiter came over and accused us of unplugging something only to find out the breaker was tripped. We sat In The cold with no lights for 20-30 min trying to finish our food because they was trying to rush us out of the igloo so they wouldn’t have to accommodate or addressed there problems. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place to my Worst enemy so that should tell you how I feel about this place and there service
The experience I got was not as advertised online. Upon arrival, the space heater in our igloo was not on. We asked the hostess about it when she seated us, and she responded “We’ve bee having trouble with the space heaters. Let me ask my manager about it.” A manager, nor anyone else, ever came back to assist with it. It flickered on for approximately five minutes and did not work the rest of the time. Our waiter was initially very rude. He also came to take our drink orders, came back thirty minutes later with no drinks and said he forgot what our orders were. We didn’t have drinks until approximately 45 minutes to an hour after our arrival. The igloos themselves were not as advertised. Nothing was wrong with them, but they were nowhere near as elegant as they looked online. The minimum spend amounts are not clear based on the description on the website. I called to clarify, and no one answered. I left a message with my phone number, and never received a call back. Regardless of which minimum spend amount applies to your reservation, the experience you get is certainly not worth the amount you pay. I would not reserve again.
Service was great. Our server took very good care of our party. There was seven of us. Food was delicious. We had a very nice evening. No complaints at all.

My friends and I had such a great experience. The igloos were super cool and very cozy. Natalie, our server, was the best! The crab cakes, greens, and buffalo wings were delicious!
We had a reservation at 7:15pm at 8upIG. This was promoted to be a warm igloo and it was by far NOT! Beautiful of course.... but operated by one small single space heater. When I asked why they would not have more to heat the igloo in the cold weather, I was advised that because they had a power outage when they used different heaters. We were so cold we asked to be moved inside and of course we were accommodated. After moving inside we wait and waited to get a menu or anything and never got anything so we left! It's like the waiters just completely forgot about us. It was my first and last time at 8UP and was a total BUST! Ruined my entire night!
We had a great time. Matthew was excellent. Kale Queso, Brussel Sprouts, Caesar Salas, Chickpea Sandwich & Brisket pizza were all delicious. The pecan old-fashioned was really good. The iglou was fun & a unique way to spend a winter evening. The only bummer - the snow machines weren’t operating.
Great experience in on the rooftop in the winter. The igloos were awesome, greatly decorated.

When booking on OpenTable it does not say anything about a $500 minimum for two hours. Since there were 8 of us it was ok but I was slightly annoyed. The service was ok. We had to ask for things several times before we’d get them. Also they use the term “heated” VERY loosely. We had to keep on our jackets and use the blankets to be comfortable. It was fun because it was something different and I’d recommend doing it but I’d tell people to dress warm!
The event coordinator, Michael (?), went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable for us. He succeeded. We were passing through town and this restaurant was recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. Both were excellent. We discussed how this would be a great place for a group of people, and the igloos would be a perfect atmosphere for a social gathering of friends. Highly recommend!
