Enjoy choosing from eight private and fully enclosed igloos, all with a unique theme. Each igloo has a small heater for your comfort, but WE SUGGEST YOU BUNDLE UP if it's cold! Igloos seat up to 8 people.

Reservations are available daily following the below times & net food & beverage minimums. Reservations starting at 7:30pm are 21 & over.

The Henry Clay was originally built in 1924, and has been completed renovated to peak historical condition. 8UP is one of the preferred caterers for all events at the Henry Clay.

The Garden Room is connected to the rooftop, providing a private dining space for up to 60 (515 Square Feet) and a semi private fire pit and outdoor seating. The Board Room is located in the Lounge, providing a private dining space for up to 75 (600 Square Feet). The Lounge is available for a buy out, providing space for up to 150 (2,375 Square Feet).     Good food I was expecting more level for be part of the Hilton but was ok. We get a Igloo and the experience was good, had a heater and the lights looks really beautiful at night. But the carpet was really dirty, with food on it and the glasses of wine had napkin scraps. So I have mixed emotions about repeat it.

    We chose igloo dining and the set up was amazing BUT the food was NOT - the only offer the lounge menu so not sure of the other options but I will not go back “for igloo dining” because of the menu options. The appetizers were pretty good but my actual meal was lacking major flavor - the service was not AWFUL but also not great.

    It was a fun experience, we had a date night on Valentine's Day. I think it is better suited for 4+ people though. I didn't mind having to spend a minimum amount, but it was a little more difficult with just 2 people as opposed to having more - mainly because the menu isn't as expansive as I thought it would be. The drink menu was amazing though, there were so many options. The service was great, too - we didn't feel rushed and our server was very nice. But with the minimum amount to spend on 2 people, we ordered 2 apps, 2 entrees, 2 desserts, 3 beverages, and we weren't close. I ended up ordering a whole extra entree to carry out and tipped $50+ and we just barely made it. But again, if there were more people, this wouldn't be an issue. I would come back with a group but not on a date. Great atmosphere and loved the view from the rooftop. And I like that each igloo had its own theme, very cute. Oh and I liked that there was an electric fireplace inside the igloo as well. It wasn't too cold that evening but still glad I didn't have to eat dinner while wearing a coat.

    The igloos were neat but service to them was very slow. The igloo door wasn’t zipping well so it got cold out there despite having a small heater. There were card games to play which was a nice touch. Nice to try once but don’t think we will go again.

    Reserved an igloo for a birthday party. Very nice and decorated pretty but smaller than expected (you cannot stand up fully inside). Also expected it to be heated but it is NOT. There was a fake fireplace inside but no actual heater. Had to wear our winter coats and use blankets (provided by the restaurant which was nice) but a heater would’ve been better especially for the money spent.

    I really enjoyed our igloo experience. Very quiet and secluded environment. The food and drinks were not overpriced and tasted excellent. Waiter was also very respect and on top of it.

    The food was okay. Service was lacking z for the amount of Mi eh spent our expectations were higher than say what I may expect at an O’Charley’s. Sadly disappointed. We won’t be back to dine, maybe for cocktails before an event, but we’ll find another place to eat.

    It was fun- got lots of food and drink for our $. Igloo was a tiny bit chilly (temp outside was around 30 degrees). Blankets were a nice touch. Uno cards, fake fireplace, twinkle lights, and comfy chairs made it fun. Overall a really great night. I would do it again.

    I was disappointed in my experience in the Igloo. Our lights didn’t work in there first of all. We weren’t aware there was a 2 hour limit and we were rudely told we were an hour over our limit. Then someone else rudely came in as we were getting ready to leave and told us they were closed and we needed to leave. She then made a snarky comment to us as we were walking out. The food was not good. The salads were drenched in dressing and they were 20 min later than the rest of our food. The pizza was rubbery, and the salmon was dry. I will NOT be returning.

    Great food, drinks, service! Only complaint is the 1st igloo they say us in had wet seats, my pants got wet n it was quite cold that night. I would suggest a little more heat capabilities, especially at our feet areas. But we will bring other friends back!

    The place is beautiful. Food amazing. Service was awesome. But the igloos have condensation & drip water on you & the chairs. Our feet got cold. But I loved the view.

    Had reservations for the igloo experience, seated eight of us comfortably, the igloo was warm got little cool when door opened but it was comfortable. Service was great very polite young lady kept checking on us and making sure we good. Ordered the spinach appetizer which was very good. The short ribs was tender and full Of flavor, the shrimp and grits was good although could used little salt. Overall we had a great time and would do it again

    We rented an igloo for a work Christmas party. Sat 8 of us comfortably. Had a great view of 4th street live. Food was AMAZING! Server seemed a little overwhelmed but it was ok, we were patient. Would absolutely rent an igloo for an event again, just dress accordingly!!

    We reserved an igloo for a party of 8. We waited one hour and ten minutes for drinks. At that time, I asked about our appetizer order, and our waiter advised “he was just told they were out of what we ordered!”. Starving, we decided to leave. I stopped at the bar to ask to see the manager to ensure my card wouldn’t be charged for the sitting fee and there was no apology or anything. In fact, one of the bartenders was overheard talking poorly about our party for choosing to leave the venue. Horrible service and experience. It’s a shame because this used to be a great venue.

    Fun evening in the IgLou, as usual. We go every Christmas season. Great food, excellent service, and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend. Get the Pear and Blue Cheese Pizza!

    Reserved an igloo on a Saturday night in February. The lights and atmosphere are fun, but it was quite chilly even in coats that evening. The drinks were great, our server was great, but the food was sub-par and very expensive. This would probably be a hit if you were buying your own drinks and not spending for a meal for two. Our group ranged in age from 39-69. We may just be aging out of “experience dining,” lol! I have eaten at 8up once before, pre-COVID, and it was much better in terms of food and value. However, we dined inside and I believe the menu was more expansive and not so high.

    While the igloo was a neat idea, the service was really poor. Our drinks came with sticky fingerprints around the rim of the glasses, our server treated us like an inconvenience and came by every 20 minutes or so to drop off drinks/food, then tried to rush us out 45 minutes before our time slot was up. Not a great value, and could have gotten better food, drinks and service just about anywhere else. Would not recommend- such a disappointing way to spend $500 with our friends.

    We really enjoyed ourselves. Our Server, Kylie I think was her name, went above and beyond. She was so polite and kind. She even offered to take good photos of us. I nearly had a perfect experience if it wasn’t for the Lamb Ribs, way too fatty and not enough flavor.

    The igloo we were sat in had low ottomans instead of chairs and a low coffee table. The food and drinks were ok, nothing special. I don't think we'll be back.

    The igloo was decorated lovely. The food was mediocre at best. The beet salad had ginormous beets, very little arugula. Everything was way over spiced. I love hot and spicy things but the chef got a little heavy handed with the paprika on the shrimp and grits. I would go for drinks but not for a meal. The overall igloo experience and atmosphere was neat.

    My friends and family and I had the most magical experience at Iglou! It was snowing, the food was delicious, and it was so nice to have our own spot to be loud and ridiculous in. Highly recommend.

    Love the space. I always find that service is slow. For the first hour or so we were one of only a few tables there and it still took about 15 minutes after we ordered to get get our drink order. It’s been that way since 8Up opened a few years ago.
