    I ate here in July for dinner and had a great experience. Had brunch a couple days ago and was somewhat disappointed. We had to wait an usually long time. We were told ,after our food finally arrived ,that it took longer because two of us ordered fried chicken. The staff was very nice but not as efficient as in a July.

    Beautiful setting with both inside and outside seating. The 8595 restaurant is part of the Partridge Inn which is itself a beautiful hotel. Upscale décor and very friendly service by all staff. Food was a bit pricey but very good. Highly recommend for a special night out or if you're staying at the Inn.

    The ambiance was wonderful. The service was fantastic. The seafood pasta was absolutely delicious!!! I feel the price of almost $80 for the pasta was a bit extreme.

    As a long-time Augusta resident, I appreciate the upgrades and remodel. I hoped for a bit more privacy but some of the tables are too close for my liking. the booths looked most attractive but they werent available even though it was requested on the reservation. Overall, I certainly would return. the food was savory and delicious. I just would be particular about my seat.

    Sunday Brunch buffet was amazing, as usual. My daughter came home from college and brought me here to celebrate my birthday. Our server Ashley was great and helped get our table ready so we could get seated. The busser, Cameron was very patient with my grand-daughter making a mess! Tomeka made our Mimosas perfectly! The entire team was phenomenal at making a birthday memory for me and my family! We will definitely return.

    8595 Restaurant & Bar is NOT handicap accessible!! We had the most difficult time getting our friend in and out of the building. The meals were extremely bland. I ordered pumpkin risotto with scallops for $44.00. I got 3 scallops and maybe 1 cup of boring risotto with no pumpkin. I don’t mind paying for quality but there was nothing special about the meal at all. The fried chicken, collards and macaroni and cheese were the better of the food we ordered. Honestly we could have had a better meal anywhere. The other 2 meals were just okay. The atmosphere was great. We were so dissatisfied. The servers and staff were super friendly and helpful and really tried to accommodate our disabled friend. Unfortunately we will not recommend this restaurant.

    This is by far the most personable dining experience I have ever experienced. That is why I continue to return. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly staff with smiles. That carried over into the 8595 restaurant from the host stand, through our server, and the bartender. The staff and great food can’t be beat!

    This is my second week in a row I have not been able to eat what I like last week it was no collard greens or lobster Mac n cheese Then upstairs there was no crab cakes and again on Yesterday there was no Fried Chicken this is awful

    Sitting outside can be a bit noisy with the cars going by right below the eating area. Desserts were a bit pricey ($90 for 4 desserts), but all and all, the food was excellent and we loved our server.

    Notified 13 minutes before reservation that the Sunday Brunch Buffet was cancelled. Waited an hour to receive food. Small portions of mediocre food. Biscuits were raw in the middle. Seemed to be short staffed. Very disappointed because the Partridge Inn is so well rated.

    We waited over 2 hours for our entrees and when they finally came one was hot and one entree was cold. Was too hungry and it was too late to wait for another entree so asked for a dinner roll and was brought 4 Hawaiian rolls straight out of the package and still stuck together. Ordered a prosecco and a German white wine arrived and it took a while to get the prosecco, could hear the bartender grumpily asking why I sent the white wine back. Sometime during the wait for dinner I ordered a second prosecco and this time a brut sparkling showed up. Total disaster.

    There was a mildew smell in the area we sat. Most of the food very good. The collared greens were way too salty. One plate had undercooked chicken. The macaroni was delicious as well as the cornbread. No complaints on the shrimp and grits.

    They seated us in the back of the restaurant where there was a leak in the ceiling dripping into a large garbage can. It smelled like mildew. We asked to be relocated. Food was meh.

    Very much enjoyed dining at 8595! Dom provided exceptional service! Thank you to the Chef for some of the best hush puppies I’ve ever had! What a unique twist on this dish!     Delicious deviled egg appetizer, dinner was the lobster mac and cheese and it was wonderful! Our server Norley was amazing. Chef Thomas is the best. And for dessert, a scrumptious Blueberry Lemon Zest cake with the creamiest icing! After dinner we went up to the rooftop bar! Lovely evening!
