   We arrived early waited at the bar for our table to be ready. Drink service was pretty slow at the bar. Just as we got our drinks we realized it was a little past our reservation time. Walked back to the hostess, and they said oh yeah we have your table. When we were seated we placed an order for an appetizer. We had been seated a full 20 minutes before our waiter came to the table. Shortly after we ordered wine and asked him to check on the appetizer. We didn't get the appetizer until almost and hour after we had been seated. Once we finally received it the restaurant was about to close and the appetizer itself was okay and not as described on the menu. The manager had offered to comp our round of drinks for the initial mix up with waiters. We decided to give them one last chance and put in our order for our entrees right before the appetizer finally came out. Several minutes later they came and said they didn't have one of the dishes and were missing ingredients for the other one. It was 9 o'clock at this point so we decided to cut our losses to try to actually get food. The restaurant wasn't swamped, there were open tables in our section. The manager did apologize and comped the appetizer and one round of drinks. However, for the price point of this restaurant we shocked at the lack of organization and poor service. I would advise you plan to be seated very early for the slow service or avoid this place.

   My man enjoyed his birthday dinner! Juan was our waiter and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We never had to look for him as he was comfortably engaged and even had a song for the birthday celebration:) Amazing! The food was delicious! My man had shrimp & grits (the flavor is amazing) and the duck fat chicken was flavorful ( very hearty entree for two) and fulfilling. Something to rave about for sure, thanks again!

   Saturday brunch was not a vibe! The brunch itself was delicious, but the lack of service was horrible! After waiting 20 minutes for our server to bring our ordered mimosa we had to request other servers to get her so we could order our meal. There weren’t many patrons dining that afternoon besides 3 small groups with 3 servers, 1 bartender, 2 busboys and a hostess. The hostess who sat us was the one who brought us water. We would have nothing in front of us if it wasn’t for her. Should you have hours to waste and sit on the deck and read a book this would be the dining experience for you.

    The experience you get doesn’t come close to the price you pay. The food was great!…but the sides, the presentation, the service, the environment DOES NOT come close to even touching the amount they asked us to pay for their Valentines dinner night. Also. If you have a SET menu for the night, and ask people to pay a set price for the night. Make sure you have enough of the menu to cover you for the night. 2 out of the 5 main course dishes were not available when we dined. It still felt like we were eating in a semi cheap to moderate hotel restaurant. If you’re gonna play yourself up to be this nice restaurant, it better look and feel the part. As of right now I’m not recommending this place.

    Very nice restaurant. I made a reservation however at that time they had no seating available and we had to wait fifteen minutes. Which was fine because we were able to enjoy the view from the balcony. Other than that, everything was perfect. Definitely come with your pockets full and your stomach empty.

    The food was amazing! We had the best fried green tomatoes and the absolutely amazing shrimp and grits. My husband had the mussels which were delicious. We received excellent service throughout the evening from our waiter, Juan. We were promptly greeted and seated when we arrived. We will definitely return and will recommend this restaurant to our friends. We are looking for to nice weather so we can enjoy the penthouse bar. Thanks for a memorable experience!

    Honestly can't really say anything good about the service. To give you an example the manager ended up being the waiter. I never saw the actual server but for what it's worth he gave superb service and the food was pretty good. He did what he could to make up for the lapse but the time spent waiting was inexcusable and unacceptable.

    My food came out initially lukewarm. They said they were going to remake the dish, but it was still lukewarm and I can tell it was the same piece of salmon I sent back. Highly doubt that they remade the dish. However, the duck fat chicken was piping hot and VERY yummie! I think they plated all the food as they waited for the chicken to finish.

    Everyone was really nice, including our waitress, but man was service slow. Took a long time for someone to come to our table once we sat down and took a very long time to get our food. Also took a long time to get to-go boxes and the check. I also think my chicken was cooked a little too long. I’ve had this meal several times and it’s never been that crispy. Again, everyone was very very nice. From the hostess, to our waitress to who I presume was the manager. I just wasn’t expecting such long wait times on a Tuesday.

    We were at the restaurant for our traditional Friday Night Date night, and it was perfect. Dom took care of us, and informed us when there might be a delay on anything, like our cocktails were held up because the bartender wanted to chill my wife's Moscato wine first. The ambiance was great because there was live music in the dining space, and you could still have a conversation over the music. Simply perfect!

    Several items such as cocktails and food weren’t made as the menu had listed. They all had important elements missing. Seems like if kitchen is subbing out items in the menu and replacing them other items the menu should be updated.

    Music was way too loud however we had a great time anyway and our server is a lot of fun I’ve had her before. This is the third time I’ve eaten there and I’m sure I’ll be back! Very attractive dining room, a good menu! But the cosmos should be perfected, it’s a little off LOL but overall a great place, you won’t be sorry you went!

    This is our second day at the Inn and our third meal at the restaurant due to the cold which hit Georgia. The food is so good but the entertainment was loud and not very good. Hard to talk because of it.

    The sea bass and gumbo were excellent. They worked hard to make dinner available as the inn was freezing due to the below freezing temperatures.

    Enjoyed a great Holiday Dinner with my family . Service was exceptional . The menu selection was really nice . Highly recommend the creole seafood pasta . Lots of seafood very creamery with a mild creole flavor . Zeo the restaurant manager came by several times to ensure we were happy with our dining experience . They also offer a nice selections of wines to pair with your entrees . We will be back soon
