800 Degrees Woodfired Kitchen
Love 800 deprees when we have an MSG event. The tuna appetizer was outstanding. We always get the cauliflower head, which is really good too. Had two different pizzas...both were great. Always enjoy this restaurant where it is hard to find good food before going to a Rangers game.
The restaurant was very accommodating to our group of 9 (with one extra being thrown in at the last minute). Food was delicious, the staff was very friendly, and the ambiance was great. We will be back!
Wish they offered more seasonal vegetables options.
Amazing service. Everyone was polite and very nice. Constantinos, Adonis and Steven were great!
Food was delicious.
Had lunch on a quiet Sunday, service was very good. The tartufo pizza we had was excellent...nice taste of truffles. We added prosciutto to the dish, which made it perfect for us. The only thing that would have made it better was more of a crunch on the crust. I like that you can add/modify any pizza to your liking
Great food. Excellent service!!!!
Love the roasted cauliflower appetizer and the cauliflower crust pizza is amazing! The crust is crispy and stands ups to any topping so that you can actually hold it in your hand. Delicious!
We brought the family after an amazing dinner. Forgot brunch is huge in the city. Our server could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The charred artichokes were not on the menu but she made it happen. The chicken simply was not as amazing as it was for the first visit. Will return
What an amazing treat. The Gluten free Pizza was the Best I have ever tried. The lamb was as good as it gets. Delicious. Service was outstanding and this is a great find!
We commented that the air tasted good. The smoke smell is so inviting. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Nice char, crispy skin and totally moist. The grilled artichokes and the dip were so good we ate every morsel. We enjoyed it so much, we plan to return with family next week
Very good. Good food and relaxed.
We were 4 dinner diners who live in the neighborhood. We were there Saturday night & the place was pretty empty. The waiter was terrific. The food was just good. Nothing particularly special, but good. And surprise, they charged extra for anchovies on the Cesar salad, which obviously should have been included...
However the bigger issue we had was with the wine. We ordered a pricey red which was great but also a bottle of the Chardonnay which they sold by the glass. When we got the bill, they had charged us 5 times the glass price for the bottle. We are used to paying 4 times the glass & then most restaurants discount that a bit. When we mentioned this to the manager, she spoke to the owner who reduced the price by only $9.00. A glass was $14. On our way out I mentioned to the manager that we were disappointed in that gesture. It just wasn’t enough & was not done graciously. She offered us another $5 off, but we said no thanks, too little too late. It ruined our experience. Other places would have been apologetic or since the owner was there maybe he should’ve stopped over to make nice, but nothing. Now we know why the place was empty on a Saturday night. We won’t return & will share our thoughts with our friends, many of whom are in the hood too.
Great food. Nice restaurant. However, all my clothes smelled like smoke after I left, even though I was sitting far away from the oven.
I would definitely recommend the restaurant. We had a table of 10 non-native English speakers which made things a bit challenging at times for the service. Our server was very patient and attentive. The food was outstanding.
Staff is always nice & welcoming. We took another couple here, because we liked it so much last time. Menu changed a little. Food very good. Interesting menu. Love the Cauliflower crust pizza! Roasted cauliflower appetizer too! Something for everyone!
Will go back next time in the neighborhood!
Everything was delicious and served quickly. Casual vibe but quality felt like a high end restaurant.
Great service and food. Large portions. Wonderful to have cauliflower crust because I cannot eat processed flour foods.
Excellent fusion Mediterranean cuisine with phenomenal pizzas, super music at the proper volume, great selection of wines @ affordable prices!! Best smart casual dinner in NYC.
Great experience!! Mario the owner made the night a great experience!!!
Great, unassuming lunch/dinner spot in Midtown East. Perfect for large groups - excellent food and creative options (the Avocado pizza was so inventive and tasty). Special shout-out to Agnes who went above and beyond in making sure our party was taken care of. Will definitely be returning.
Nice meal for our family while staying midtown East.
It was at 7.30pm and reasonably quiet.
Nice ambience and music playing over system but not too obtrusive.
Food was great. Pizza’s very good and we also had broccoli and meatball accompanying. All very good.
Service was good. Quite (too?) attentive as restaurant was quiet but always with smile.
This has become our favorite neighborhood go-to.
Food is good, but service continues to be inconsistent each of the four times I have been there. Staff is not attentive, not bringing plates when you need them, except for when refilling water, clearing plates when you are still eating, or bringing the wrong order. Good restaurant that hasn't worked the kinks out since opening and reopening.
Lovely meal, great pizza, restaurant was very nice.
Super clean and healthy food that is delicious!
The food was good, along with the service as well. The staff is very attentive. The wine was nice as well.
Terrible service. My glass wine was finished when food arrived wasn’t offered a second glass till the saw empty dishes.
We had a large group and they had no problem accommodating us. The service was prompt and the waiters for very nice and quick.
Always outstanding service and well prepared fresh dishes. Combination of fresh salads and amazing pizza and rotisserie chicken is a must. Owner and operator Mario and team are top notch.
Me encanta la pizza! La masa es perfecta y la de coliflor ninse diga!!!
Our family really enjoyed our time at this restaurant. It was quiet when we were there (but it was 5:00 PM on a Sunday). I am sure it can get loud because it is a big restaurant for Manhattan. The pizzas were very tasty. The shared menu for two has so much food. It is worth the money. Really attentive service too.
This place is just awesome. Fresh, delicious food at a great price. Large portions. Really tasty stuff. The dinner for two is a great value and lots of fun. The service was excellent too. Loved this place and am definitely returning soon!
Excellent experience!!! Great food, fantastic service.
Loved the place! New, clean, neat, cutting edge interior, perfectly planned to accommodate any kind of visits, from a date to a big birthday party, whether you want your seclusion or feel like a party. We celebrated my daughter's birthday with 22 guests - one table for kids and one for adults. We really felt like we have all the place privately for us- we didn't bother anyone and nobody bothered us. The staff is super nice and attentive. Helped me tremendously with logistics, with a birthday cake et'. The food is great and the prices are reasonable.
All our guests-kids and adults alike were very satisfied.
Bottom line - highly recommended for any purpose.
The restaurant did a nice job with their build out and the place has a nice feel. It seems they're still getting their kinks out, as our meal took an hour to prepare & service was a bit shoddy. I am hopeful they improve though as they have a great menu & the food had potential.
live right around the corner from here and this is always my first pick for a good place near my apartment!!! great menu. love everything on it and great drinks too!!
We had a lovely evening at 800 Degrees with great service, good food and the ability to carry on a conversation without shouting at each other. Pizza and pasta....yummy
Happy hour specials were very good value. Food was excellent. Service was great. All around great experience!
Had a party for 20 kids. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Good food too!
I like the modern open look to the restaurant. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the food. We ordered the chicken for 2 people ---it was somewhat dry and the accompanying vegetable potato mix was not what you would expect given the price ($48). It would have been better to have had their pizza. Not likely to go back.
