Great for big groups, delicious food and excellent service.
800 degrees has great food and drinks, is spacious so it s good for large groups and is walking distance to MSG, so a perfect option for a quality meal before a show or game
Came here on recommendation of friends before a concert at MSG. Service was friendly and excellent. Food overall was excellent with large portions. There were three of us. Two shared Dinner for Two and I had the salmon. Three of us shared all with plenty of food to eat and some left over. We had spread platter, Greek salad, tartufo pizza, rotisserie chicken and salmon. Probably the best pita I have ever eaten and we asked for more. Pizza was outstanding as was everything else. I would have preferred roasted potatoes with salmon but didn’t think of asking for it. Had wine by the glass and was good. Bottle prices were on the higher side and would have liked to see more red options below $60 range. Dessert was wonderful as well. Service was attentive by our server and everyone who came to table. Water was filled without asking. Would highly recommend and will go back again.
Our pizza was excellent and we’ll definitely return for a quick, high quality meal
800 degrees was solid. Food and service were a solid B+
Great restaurant we loved the ambiance and open kitchen. The cauliflower pizza and the burrata was great! The steak was just okay but the spicy rigatoni was very good. Would recommend
Awesome food at reasonable price! Cool, hip ambiance. Waiter was awesome!!
We visited with 3 hungry kids after a trip to the top of the Empire State Building. The staff was sweet, attentive and accommodating, the wood-fired margherita pizzas arrived swiftly and were delicious. We also tried the tuna sashimi, which was nicely spiced with a drizzle of olive oil — just had a little too much salt — and wood-fired broccoli with lemon and olive oil. Wonderful. Prices were reasonable for NYC. Definitely a great addition to the Herald Square area.
We had an early reservation to 800 Degrees, wanting to catch dinner before a concert at the Garden. We werre given our choice of seating when we arrived. The restaurant was fairly empty. It definitely filled up while we were there. The food was excellent. We shared a margherita pizza as an appetizer. Delicious. Very thin crust. I had a half rotisserie chicken and my husband had the pasta. Both large portions and excellent. The only complaint we had was our server was also the bartender. She was lovely, but as the restaurant got busy, so did she, and it was hard to get service towards the end.
We do plan on returning. Great spot to go with kids (or not); before something at the Garden; or just if you are in the area.
Wonderful food and sitting next to the brick ovens is a delight! Such a fun experience - a bit loud at times but the cuisine is worth it!
Great Food and Service was wondefuel
I really enjoyed the food here! Big shareable portions was if you can’t decide on one thing. The atmosphere was nice, the staff were attentive and detailed.
Definitely great taste and value, very convenient location in Midtown.
Excellent food! Would definitely come again! The only reason I have not given this restaurant 5 stars in all aspects is because it needs a bit more ventilation. The cooking smell is overpowering to the ambiance, but overall impressive dishes.
The food was awesome and reasonably priced. Attentive service.
The food and service were excellent as always!
They handled my large group well. We were 12 people on a Saturday night. We split a bunch of pizzas from vegan to meaty and everyone was satisfied. The honey badger pizza was delicious.
Great service, fantastic food.
$18 artichoke joke. Clam pizza had 6 tiny clams and was way too spicy covered in red chiles. Meatballs and sauce tasted like processed frozen packaged meat. Inexperienced staff literally running through the restaurant with a hovering floor manager constantly telling them what to do. This is their first location in NY, Im guessing the last. Go back to LA.
Place was empty at 8:00and we soon realized why. Food was barely marginal. Pizza was cooked earlier, warmed and served; pasta tasteless. The staff was pleasant but there were only 3 tables to serve. Nice looking establishment but food needs a lot of improvement.
Nos encanta a todos ir allá tanto acá como en Miami o LA es excelente
We arrived late- but were seated quickly. The pizza was decent- nothing spectacular but good for a couple of hungry tourists.
Everything was delicious but a little overpriced. Servers were attentive to our party of 17
There is something for everyone here.
Great location pre Garden events
Food was wonderful. Nice and unique preparation. Appetizers we plentiful. Cauliflower, salmon Greek Salad and Beet Salad were wonderful. Rigatoni has Zip to it not too spicy honeycomb lasagne Were delightful. The salmon and Tuna mains were also very nice. The noise however was difficult to manage. I would go back and see if it was a one time situation.
We went for a Sunday brunch and we found out that lunch menus are only available during the work week. We went there expressly for the items on the lunch menu, so we were disappointed. The replacement meals were fine, nothing spectacular, but good. Service was excellent.
Absolutely fantastic, this is a must the lasagna is out of this world.
Very good I really loved it
Had a great time here after checking out a local attraction around the corner. Pizza was delicious and fresh.
