7th & Carson
We really like the ambience, it was a quaint little place. We sat outside, a little too cool maybe and no heater. The food was great, but portions pretty small. My only complaint is that I had a certificate for 2 drinks and 2 entrees. We ordered 4 drinks, 2 entrees and one salad and what was taken off the bill for the certificate was 2 drinks one entrée and one salad, so I feel a little ripped off.
The food and drinks were fantastic! Service was very slow to start. Our salad to share came before our cocktails. Then the rest ca
I met my two friends for brunch on Sunday morning. There was no host stand, I had made a reservation, but the person who greeted me just told me to pick a table. The noise level inside was high so we decided to sit outside. Outside, our server was confused and almost brought us someone else's food before we had even ordered! She, later, couldn't remember if we had ordered or not. Also, the food took a while to come out, but we didn't seem to mind because we were chatting it up amongst ourselves.
We ordered the chicken and waffle, the brioche french toast, and the grilled pear and buratta salad. The salad was my favorite as it was refreshing and the dressing was well balanced. The french toast was nothing special. And the fried chicken was delicious. I would definitely come back for the food, but although the service wasn't terrible, I would not have high expectations for it.
Great food, great vibe, and great service. What more could you ask for from a neighborhood gem? The entire staff is spot on!
We love this place! Liam is always fun. Chef Drew is fun and an amazing chef. Food is fabulous. Our go to place
Came in for a birthday on March 1 with a friend. Our server was not familar with many of the dishes. Wr orders The pork belly which he told us would be more than enough for one person but was actually a small portion for $15. The burger we ordered was undercooked and cold. Very disappointing.
Fantastic food! Really unbelievable and a welcome respite from too much over the topness on the strip. Fresh, complex but super approachable!
Wonderful evening. Love the food at 7th and Carson. Been there before and plan to go again.
Great food and menu and the service was amazing
Cool place great waiter even had the owner pouring water
The service and food was absolutely fabulous. The owner was so welcoming. Our waiter, Matt recommended great dishes and the bar tender made us a unique drink that went so well with the food we enjoyed. We will be returning!
The food was great! We had the French toast and chicken and waffles. The crust on the chicken was Devine! The portions are a bit on the small side for American standards but over all a great experience. The manager came and checked on us too.
Food and service were amazing! We had brunch and will def go back.
They staff was great. We came in on a night where it wasn’t busy and they were super accommodating and nice. My friend ordered a drink and got a complimentary one made because the first one she ended up not liking (to no fault of theirs, she simply wasn’t aware it had whisky which was her mistake). The food was great and the staff even better. I would highly recommend this place and will be returning.
This was our third trip to the restaurant. We were in town again for market week. We really like the place. Small, good service and food. Really like the speciality drinks.
It is a little noisy as the only drawback but with everything else going for it that is easy to overcome. We tried as we always do a bunch of different items which were very good. We will be back.
Hidden gem in downtown Vegas.
Had a reservation for 5 that turned out to be for 8, but they immediately accommodated without batting an eye. Great food and service!
We stopped here before hitting up Fremont Street and we’re so glad we did! BY FAR the best meal we had in Vegas. The staff were all so nice and helpful, and the food was incredible. A group of 5 split 9 dishes and they were all incredible. It’s hard to choose a favourite! 11/10 would come back.
Tasty food, but WAY over priced for the portions you receive. I understand social plates and tapas, but when you order the tempura crab, and you get four pieces each less than an 3/4 inch, it is ridiculous. And the amount of dips you receive with your bread is good for maybe two bites.
This restaurant was the nicest surprise in all the restaurants we visited in Las Vegas! All the preparations were amazingly delicious and each bite was a pure delight in the gastronomical sense! Our group of six shared many of their menu preparations and we were blown by how good everything was! Wow! This is going to become a must visit restaurant for me on every future trip I make to Las Vegas. The chef at this restaurant is top notch!!! I also need to add that our waiter was amazing too. Can't wait to go back.
How you could let me reserve then the restaurant is closed :/ you should've mentioned that
Very limited menu which is okay but out of three of the items we ordered which is problematic when there are only a dozen or so items on the menu. Wings and their version of French Dip was excellent.
What a find! Tucked away on a quiet street adjacent to the Downtown Vegas scene, this restaurant reminds me more of an upper West side New York bistro than Vegas. Creative preparation served tapas style, everything was delicious and fresh. Enough variety to satisfy three teenagers with varying palates, as well as two discriminating adult New Yorkers. The wait staff was courteous and friendly, and the owner personally made us feel welcome and comfortable. My family and I will surely remember this meal more than any of the big-name, strip-scene places. I will definitely be back next time we are here !
7th & Carson is an incredible dining experience, worth the trip off the Strip to experience where real Las Vegas foodies eat!
Unreal experience at 7th & Carson. Food was unbelievable would highly recommend.
Excellent and creative food choices. Great plates to share. The team there is always welcoming and helpful. Great cocktails. The beet and carrot plates are delicious.
Tragic really. Brought friends & family to what was supposed to be a nice relaxing meal. Instead the waitress was trying to win an “argument” with me! They quickly substituted out a different server but not an apology from a soul there. The bread is good & nicely presented but the balance of food was average at best. This for an 8 top that spent over $500 on “casual dining”. Don’t see a return in the future & this was our 5th or 6th time here.
great food and cocktails. We went before Smith Center show and it was very easy to get over there from the restaurant (by car).
Pricey wines by the glass and a small menu selection.
Every time I eat here I'm always extremely pleased. The service is great, even when they are packed. The food is amazing! This was my 5th time eating at 7th & Carson without a single bad experience, order error, or any kind of hassle. I highly recommend it for lunch, dinner, and date nights. Fabulous addition to downtown!
This was our second trip to 7th and Carson. We missed our mixologist Oscar - but still had great food and drinks. The tuna/avocado is delicious. There were a few menu items we wanted to order that were not available - but everything was great.
we really enjoyed our first visit and will definitely plan to return. a great dinner before Smith Center performance. fantastic appetizers and dinner and much appreciated service!
Creative dishes with creative drinks. Great staff with cool indoor and outdoor atmospheres.
It was our first time going there and it was great. The food was excellent. The staff did a great job answering our questions about some of the menu items. Nice location.
Our Waiter Matt was knowledgeable about the menu and his service was excellent. We ordered the Dubliner burger, which was amazing. The burger was cooked well and the whiskey onion jam was delicious and the truffle fries were very tasty. The food that our friends ordered looked and smelled delicious as well. We will be back to try other menu items.
Dinner was great ... Hummus appetizer, flatiron steak, French fries, Salmon, Japanese whiskey recommended by the mixologist. Owner Liam is always the best host. We'll be back!
This is a great little place for lunch/brunch and dinner. It has a small footprint but has bold flavors that can be addicting. I’m still dreaming of the buffalo sauce and the spice seasoning on their wings. The grilled peach Salad was delicious, wings were amazing, and the salmon was on point. I love this little place and can’t wait to return.
Great neighborhood spot just off the Fremont district, away from the craziness and crass. The small tapa-like plates were perfect for sharing and the cocktails are fun and tasty. The Thyme Traveler's wife will buzz you in more ways than one! And the lemons fish ceviche and tandoori carrots were heaven!
