Remi, our server, is always great. Ribs were great too.
Nice staff, portion decent, good atmosphere, will definitely go back.
Our server was amazing and food was good too . We enjoyed it.
Service was really the highlight of our visit to 75 West Coast Grill. Remi was fantastic, and so kind to our child. The food quality was excellent and our orders came out hot and quickly. Our table was distanced from others but could have been spaced out further. We'll be returning; the restaurant's former incarnation as the American Grille was one of our favourites pre-pandemic and it remains one of our go-to places to dine in Richmond.
Overall us good
Location is central
Easy to find parking
Comfortable sitting area
The male server is not friendly
I sat down fir 10 minutes without any serving
While other sat down, he served coffee right away
When u reminded him that i have reservation, he was impatient
Just went for lunch with a friend
Everything was good
Good food, great service. Would be nice to have more choices on menu.
We haven't been back to 75 West Coast Grill since the beginning of the pandemic but our return couldn't be better. Excellent service, great food quality, and one of the best values of any hotel restaurant. Using local ingredients, the food was fresh, piping hot, and tasty. We'll be back soon.
Love their breakfast and brunch menu! Great value for amount of food
Nice service and good food
Great food, wholesome ambience and excellent service!
The food here is really great. With that said, you have to remember that you are in a Hotel and not a local pub. Even still, the Appy hour prices beat local pub prices. Love this Gem of an Oasis. Cheers!
The dressing for the prawn salad was not the same. Our server who has been there for years was the best!!
Father s day
I ordered a margarita. It was disappointing
It doesn’t taste like margaritas
Even the glass they served it wasn’t a margarita glass
Other than that. Everything was good
We were celebrating Father’s Day. It’s the first time we were there but we have a high expectations because of the high price they charge on the food.
The quality of the food is only OK, definitely not worth the high charges. Given this restaurant is inside an hotel and we expected premium service. Obviously, the service was not up to standard. We didn’t feel we were welcomed at all. The attitude of the server sounds like she was very busy and no time to explain the menu to us. So our overall experience is only so so, that’s why we only gave three stars.
it was a nice quiet place. Not what we expected. we were pleasantly surprised.
Lisa did an amazing job. Food was fantastic
Exceptional. Great food. Fantastic service. Would recommend
Very pleasant ambience, if u can eat/drink the bottomless brunch is definitely worth it :)
We enjoyed our meal at 75 West.
A very positive experience overall. Remi was great. We will be back soon.
Nice experience but limited menu. I'm sure as it gets busier more things will appear. We ended up having sandwiches for dinner.
We appreciated the friendly and prompt service and we felt safe with all Covid protocols in place. We had a choice of the dine out menu or the regular menu. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Richmond. We nightly recommend it.
Service was fantastic but the food unfortunately was not very good.
good serice and food is fantastic, although high price but worth it....
Our waiter Remi was very pleasant. With minimum staff at the restaurant, he ran it very smoothly without running off his feet at a quite busy night. His service was impeccable.
The ambience was quiet and we sat by the window which made it a more intimate dining experience. The food was absolutely amazing. This is one of my favorite fine dining restaurants.
Very nice selection of wines. The Happy Hour food and drink Specials are Great! The food is very good and the staff are very pleasant and friendly.
It was not pleasant time to have dine out at 75 west coast. Food wasn’t good and $45 for 3 courses food is definitely overcharged. It was no freash and good quality. I thought I was at the Dennis.
Came to have the Vancouver Dine out menu.
Very restricted menu, compared to in the past Dine out, this is the worst.
Dine out price happens to be highest in all the past years.
Food mediocre, Server was no where to be found. Always missing
I was enjoying myself here not too long ago, was served by an Indian lady server, she's so good, though busy, was doing her best to serve as she's always alone.
She was not in when I had the Dine out dinner. Not recommended for the Dine Out
Lovely peaceful place. wonderful waiters and food!
The Appy hour prices are very good and the food is Great. I really enjoy the wings as well as the fries. Great service. Good selection of beers and wines.
The service was very good, the food was excellent but the wine option was very small.
The remodelled restaurant and lounge looks great. Nice modern look. Happy hour 4-8pm. New main menu items-hotel price range. Great customer service. Will recommend.
Great bottomless mimosa and eggs benedicts! Service was great, I would highly recommend checking it out.
The menu was rather restrictive with a limited choice for appetizers, main courses and desserts. Choice of wines and beverages was reasonable. The service was excellent
Quiet setting with good food and excellent service for a business lunch
Enjoyed the food , service and ambiance!! I’ll definitely be going back!!
Brunch is the best!!
Had dinner with a friend on her birthday. The food was very good.
We ordered a few dishes and shared, had the pork ribs, salmon, salad, wings and also
the desserts. All were very good. Server was friendly and attentive , only one server at work that night and we were the only table dining.
Had dine in this restaurant many times.
Nice and quiet and Eggs Benedict were good.
Customer services was excellent, foods were good, followed distancing, ambiance is perfect.
The food we order are so cold, sloppy & no flavors.its very disappointing!
