   Not a good one at all. My wife and I usually go here everytime before a sabres game but after our experience tonight we will never return. Waited 35 mins after our reservation time. Took 20 mins for a waiter to see us, took another 20 mins for drinks, and then waited a long time for our appetizer. Then waited 45 mins for 2 sandwiches.

   Happy that they offer some healthy options. Enough menus to choose from. Portion is a little more than reasonable. Prices are typical like many other restaurants in the city. Excellent atmosphere. My waitress is great and friendly, but she could come to my table a little more often and service can be a bit faster. Overall, a great experience and would love to come back as always!

   We had an accident on the way to the restaurant. Informed you guys we would not be able to be there at 1:30 but would try for 4. We arrived at 4:15 and not only did you guys hold our table, you actually asked if we were OK after th accident. Wow! Staff is as always courteous, attentive, friendly and prompt. Really enjoyed the new weck buns, This is our go to spot for Sabres games. I only make 2 a year but 716 Club is our favourite and we have tried them all over the years!

   We love going there to watch the bandits away games the only thing is if the TV was a little louder but besides that we were greeted with excellenceOur waitress was superb can’t ask for anything more great place

   Came in after Kane Brown concert at Key Bank arena to watch the UFC scraps, had an amazing table and great post concert food and drink

   Food was disgusting. I got a burger and it was so dry with no flavor, i do get my burger well done but it was not good. Seemed like the burger was not house made. The other person got the banana pepper Mac and cheese that was also very dry. The hosting staff could not find my reservation and then it was a cluster trying to get seated. WAY over priced for 1 star food.

   Went before a concert so ate a late lunch @3:30. I had only been there before when it was very crowded. It was fun - we got to sit upstairs, took our time eating and watched a few different sports on TV.

   We had reservations at 5:30 seated right away. Our original server Cody never showed up but had a great waitress that took care of us instead. I don’t remember her name but was super tentative and apologetic for making us wait. Food was awesome! Beef on we k wings with horseradish dipping sauce was amazing ! Drinks were great and even buffalo chicken salad was tremendous! Was very busy went before WWE and we got out in plenty of time to get to venue! Will definitely be back

   Our server was great and we had a super up close view of the big screen. In fact, our party returned the next afternoon for drinks before the game. A special shout out to our hostesses: Rebecca and Ashley. And another shout out to our server Olivia for her prompt drink service. Overall, an amazing experience. We will be back to 716 next time we are in Buffalo. Thanks!
