Our restaurant setting is in an open air palm made "palapa". Enjoy a relaxing ambiance made by scenic surf view, soft Latin jazz, sea breeze and the sound of the surf breaking on the beach. Our "7 Seas" project is a gastronomical endeavor in search of exciting fresh seafood dishes made of fish caught from according to Jacques Cousteau "one of the great aquariums in the world": the sea of Cortez. Dishes are inspired from Old and New world, Oriental and Mexican legacies. As a complement to our main menu, we offer Mexican dinner specialties. Wine is carefully selected and brought from wineries all over the "7 Seas" from California, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, France, Italy, Germany, Australia and New Zealand. Our bread, desserts and pastries are done in-house by our talented pastry chef.

I had read the reviews and had high expectations for our anniversary dinner. We were blown away with with the beautiful views, the excellent service and the most incredible tuna and sea bass dinners we have ever had. (and we live in Baja 6 months+ a year) Now our go to restaurant when we visit San Jose. An easy 5 stars!

We absolutely loved this restaurant! Laura was an excellent server…very friendly, attentive and a pleasure. The rest of the staff was the same. The food was phenomenal. It’s hard to believe we’ve been coming to Cabo all these years and this was our first time at 7 Seas. We will make this part of our trips in the future!

La vista al mar es espectacular. Los calamares estuvieron exquisitos, pero escasitos. El Fest taco muy bueno. El vino chileno Chardonnay por copa es un excelente valor. El pastel de chocolate para mi esposa para festejar su cumpleaños, se agradece mucho. El servicio de Lety y demás compañeros ¡Excelente! Los precios un poco altos, pero lo vale.
