About 7 Seas Seafood Grille
Our restaurant setting is in an open air palm made "palapa". Enjoy a relaxing ambiance made by scenic surf view, soft Latin jazz, sea breeze and the sound of the surf breaking on the beach. Our "7 Seas" project is a gastronomical endeavor in search of exciting fresh seafood dishes made of fish caught from according to Jacques Cousteau "one of the great aquariums in the world": the sea of Cortez. Dishes are inspired from Old and New world, Oriental and Mexican legacies. As a complement to our main menu, we offer Mexican dinner specialties. Wine is carefully selected and brought from wineries all over the "7 Seas" from California, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, France, Italy, Germany, Australia and New Zealand. Our bread, desserts and pastries are done in-house by our talented pastry chef.

7 Seas Seafood Grille Ratings and Reviews
Sadly, they didn't live up to past experiences. The appetizers were good, ceviche, but the entries were not. The tuna wasn't very good quality and the red snapper wasn't correct and wasn't very good as well. Some chefs surprise!! Ugh.
Views can't be beat and the drinks are good. But this time dinner was a disappointment.
I would give it worse rating if this was possible. Our anniversary was ruined by bad food, rude staff. Ordered a filet mignon and got a new york steak. Ordered a cesar and found hair in it. Ordered mac n cheese and found pasta in a cheese soup. The manager said the hair is not from the kitchen. Did not finish any pf the food but still had to pay for it. Dont waste your time and money.
This is a great place right on the beach. Our server was excellent and really knew the menu, explained all the dishes with passion as if he was the chef.
I had the Mezcal Shrimp Flambée, served with plantains, rice and black beans. It was fantastic! The ceviche was also very good.
The parking is easy as well.
Food was good. Outdoor seating with an incredible view of the ocean. Prices were fair. Service was terrible, the kitchen was backed up and took a very long time to get our dinner. We had to ask for our check and then get up from the table to find someone to pay.
Absolutely wonderful experience, a killer ocean view with excellent service and fine dining. My snapper was muy buen and wife's lobster was cooked perfectly. Decent wine list and they made blue cheese olives for my martini which was a surprise after he said they didn't have them. Highly recommend for date night.
Service is always great, food is fresh, authentic and flavorful. The seafood is always on point, appetizers and salads are creative and made with quality ingredients. Great overall meal with a beautiful view and great ambiance.
The 7 Seas has a nice waterfront deck with a great view, and their service was really good -- no complaints there. However, my wife and I found their food to be awfully hit-or-miss. We started with a Caesar Salad and the Tuna Tartar Trio. Both were pretty good; we finished them entirely. Then, we had the Mezcal Shrimp and the Surf and Turf (with Beef Tenderloin and Sea Bass) for our entrees. Both plates were very average, at best. The Surf and Turf was overcooked, both the beef and the fish. More than anything, their presentations, recipes and flavor profiles seemed dated, like, stuck in the '80s or '90s. If you're looking for some really creative, contemporary, and exciting flavors, you might want to try someplace else. Bottom line: We probably won't be rushing back here next time we're in Los Cabos.
Great setting. The restaurant however is way out front of the hotel, that is an unfortunate part of the ambiance. But nothing taken away from the food and service. I went for the "chef's surprise". Your choice cut of fish... his preparation... it was hands down perfect.! Grilled Red Snapper, with a sweet salsa, green beans and re fried black beans... together they were perfect bites!
One of our favorite places. Our party of 6 enjoyed our meal at 7 Seas. The staff is always friendly and attentive and I have never had a bad meal here. We had brunch this time and everything was excellent. The view is amazing overlooking Cabo Azul beach. Don't miss this restaurant when you're in Los Cabos.
We had a wonderful experience. The view is beautiful-right on the beach. The service was great-the waitstaff helped us get a seat right on the beachfront. The food was very good and I had the best mule drink ever. We will return!
Best mussels I've ever had!! Highly recommend the tuna tartar as well. Amazing service - they brought brought out complimentary appetizer and ice cream to cleanse the palate between dishes. Definitely a must go to in San Jose!!!
This was our 2nd visit to 7Seas Grille - and each time it was memorable! The view is exceptional- right on the beach- watch the surfers!
The food was outstanding- my husband tried the "Surprise Me Chef" and I had the red snapper. Delicious!
We ordered mussels to start - they were the biggest mussels I've ever seen! So tasty.
I know this will become one of our favorite places to dine.
We had a great dinner at 7 Seas. Our server and other staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The ambiance, right by the beach, was outstanding. It's a beautiful setting. Compared to some of the other places we have eaten in Los Cabos it was excellent value, and I highly recommend it.
The food was exceptional!! The wait staff was very attentive and eager to help. We had the Ahi, sea bass tacos, mezcal shrimp and a filet. Everything was top notch. We ordered the mussels as an appetizer which were amazing. They then brought us Ahi on a tortilla chip with cilantro and onion which was a nice surprise. They went above and beyond what was expected. Even had sorbet to cleanse your pallet before the main dish was served. The food was amazing and the value was even better. We will definitely be back when we return to Cabo.
Service a little slow because waiters were busy but despite that, the location is amazing, you can hear the waves while eating, the food is very good !! And compared to American prices, they are in se same range of price. I recommend
