The service was quick but the waitress was inattentive especially at the end. I would recommend that all charges are explained in advance - especially credit card service fees and default 18% tip.

69 Prime was such a vibe! The staff was exceptional and the food was delicious. Oh, let me not forget about the cocktails, which were awesome as well. I see this becoming a staple for us. A nice hidden gem in the suburbs. It definitely gives downtown flair.

I cannot say enough about the outstanding food quality and menu choices. Service could have been better as we just felt like she was an order taker and bill giver. The restaurant is beautiful, manager was very friendly. We had an amazing chopped wedge salad, crab cakes, lobster carbonara, quantro fromage ravioli, wagyu bolognese and prime ribeye steak. Can’t wait to try it out again!

This was my first time dining with 69 Prime and it will not be my last. The chargrilled oysters were delicious. We got a second serving to try all the flavor options. Our server was funny and attentive and the managers knowledge and suggestion of our now new favorite bourbon made our dinning experience even better.

We were excited to try 69 Prime. Initial service was prompt, and the mussels appetizer was very good. However, a nearby table with loud children disrupted the atmosphere, and staff did not intervene. The scallops and risotto were excellent, but the ribeye was overcooked. Service declined over time; we had to request plate clearing, and a beer order was forgotten. The bill included an unannounced 18% gratuity for our party of four) and a 3% credit card fee, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. We may try again, but it’s unlikely it will be soon.

Excellent customer service, food was delicious, I wish I could remember my server’s name… he was excellent. If you go try the Prime Old Fashion and get it smoked! Thank me later… portions are great. And for such a warm and delicious experience, I didn’t break the bank.

Disappointing. While all of the staff was courteous and polite they were not very attentive. Appetizers dishes were still on the table halfway through the entree. The flatware used for the appetizers was not replaced even though the appetizer contained a spicy chili sauce and the entree was fish and risotto dish. After the initial presentation of the wine (Pinot Grigio), they never came back to pour an additional glass, and it was not put on ice. The food itself was ok but based upon the pricing and decor I was expecting more. I have had a better experience (food and service) at many of the chain restaurants for a lot less money. They also automatically build in an 18% gratuity. I was under the mistaken idea that the gratuity should be based upon service and the overall experience.
