We hadn't been in in a while and were there Thursday night. There was an issue and the WiFi was out in the area and it affected the seating times and service however Joe one of the managers on the floor as well as Sage our server overcame these issues with excellent service and customer relation skills. I too work in hospitality management and Joe did all the right things from a customer service prospective. They did their best to ensure we had a wonderful meal and service. While we waited quite a while For our table we had appetizers at the bar and were served by an excellent bartender who made excellent recommendations and really knew how to work the bar and keep the waiting guests happy while they waited. Unfortunately I don't recall his name. Will be back soon! If you haven't tried the sticky toffee pudding cake you are missing out!

618 never disappoints. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a congratulations on our engagement ! Bri was our waitress and she was so attentive and lovely. We can’t wait to come back!

my wife and I had a wonderful experience. Our waiter Mark was awesome. My wife has celiac disease and he was on top of it. He even saved her from using a straw that has gluten that we had no idea.
