5th Tavern

Lots of choices. Friendly service. Wish buffet had more gluten free items including desserts. Definitely recommend.

We were seated in, what looked to be a banquet room. There was a party going on. Which we were not a part of. The table they sat us at was in a corner. The first thing we noticed was the smell of sewage. We moved our table away from the smell. Ee waited a good 15- 20 minutes and no one came over. I went and talked to the hostess and asked her to see where our server was. It never got any better. It took us at least 1 hr. To receive our food. It was a horrible experience, there was 6 of us and we all agreed we would never go back. We will never recommend 5th tavern to anyone. I have been to alot of restaurants and have never had an experience like this before.

It was better than expected, to be honest

Our service at 5th Tavern was excellent. I have visited previously for brunch which was very good so I wanted to try their menu items. I tried the dinner special - Seafood Trio and it was only OK. The entree consisted of trout, shrimp, and scallops, rice, and broccoli. The presentation was amazing, the taste not so much. The trout or broccoli did not have any seasoning so the meal was very bland. Although I did not care for my entree, I have been to 5th Tavern for Saturday and Sunday brunch which is very delicious so I would recommend this restaurant. If I go back for dinner, I will probably try something that is more flavorful.

Made a 5:30pm reservation for 4. We arrived 10 min early. Told the hostess we had a reservation, she barely looked and said she couldn’t find it but said it didn’t matter. I said but we are meeting 2 more under the reservation and don’t want to miss them. She sat us. We waited a half hour watching the door for our 87 year old aunt and uncle. I was ready to call them and looked outside and saw their car. I asked the same hostess if she had seen an elder couple come in under our reservation, she said no. The younger guy standing there said yes he had seated them under the reservation in my name and showed me where they were sitting. I said so there was a reservation under my name? He said yes for 4 it’s right here. I looked at the other hostess and asked her why she couldn’t find it and said our guests have been sitting by themselves under my name for over a half hour. Because of her laziness and lack of any concern, she caused us and our relatives allot of anxiety wondering where each other were. Our relatives had showed up a couple minutes before us and were seated under my name and were told we weren’t there yet. We requested a quiet area because my elderly aunt and uncle speak softly. We were seated in the main area and could not hear them as it was so noisy. We have done this before with them and had great service and were seated in the back where it was quiet before.

This experience ruined our night and we will reconsider coming back

Very many menu selections which was good. Maybe a few more beer selections would be better.

Have eaten there twice and enjoyed both times. Will definitely eat there again.

Celebrating a Friends Birthday along with being in a date

Food was tasty and appealing. Service was SLOW.

I put together a brunch for a group of friends and it went so well because there was outstanding service!

Got together with a couple girls are used to work with everyone’s food was wonderful everything about our lunch was fun we will definitely come back!

We were told it would be a wait if 20-35 minutes. An hour later, we were seated. The hostess had a bad attitude as well. Just be honest in the time estimates!

Once seated, we went to the buffet. The breakfast food was all cold and stale. When our waiter came I mentioned this to him and he kind of disregarded it.
I went and tried the prime rib, which was overcooked and cold. Bit was more like roast beef than anything prime.

This fails badly in comparison to Grand Tavern which is cheaper, with better service and better food. Tremendously disappointing.

Loved it. My sisters and I took our mom and she really enjoyed herself. Thank you!

I will recommend the 5th Tavern. I especially liked the choices and the various prices.
It seems that everyone could find something in their price range.Yum!

My family loved the place...everyone wants to return

The Hostess stand told me that we didn't have a reservation. After I showed my confirmation via my phone, she said, "OK, be with you in a minute". We were seated 15 minutes later.

Always a pleasure dining at 5th tavern, they always meet your expectations..
Dwayne is the server that I request on a frequent basis.. Great, polite, and takes pride in providing EXCELLENT service. If Dwayne is unavailable, I have yet to be disappointed by the 5th Tavern staff at all! 👍🏻👍🏻

You must try the 5th Tavern carrot cake! It is the very best that I have ever had! It will serve four! Or you can have some for several days! The food in this restaurant is exceptional.

Staff was very nice and the food is alway delicious. I love it!

The staff was great and attentive.

However the table we were at in the back room corner had a vent above that was cycling heat then the air conditioning would turn on. It was cold and very uncomfortable when the air turned on and really ruined the time we had with our friends.

The waiter did try to fix it, but there is more going on there that was out of his control.

Very loud music - hard to sit at a table and talk to others! Good food. No one refilled water glasses.

We enjoyed our night at the restaurant. It was a little loud but we still had a great time. The food was delicious and our waiter was good. We will be back again.

Our server was excellent! The food was great! We were a group of 6 and were all very happy with everything. We ordered cheesecake and key lime pie for dessert and both were fantastic!

Overall it was a good lunch experience. My chicken philly sandwich was a bit over toasted. They others enjoyed their meal. We’ll have to visit again.

Food was good, service was friendly and efficient and the place is very nice yet casual.

Service was very good and the food fresh and hot. However this is the 2nd time we have literally frozen inside the restaurant. They need to turn up the heat. It is absolutely freezing. I thought it was only cold near the windows so this visit I sat in the center of the restaurant. It made no difference, still had to wear my coat. Please turn on the heat.

The food was excellent. It has become one of our favorite dining places. We really appreciate the quality of everything.

We enjoy 5th Tavern. The food is consistently very good and the staff is a delight! It was New Years Eve and it was nice to have the regular menu items to choose from.
